Has anyone gotten their 7 days free trial registered into their accounts yet?

I didn't either. How did they go about informing you guys? Did they send an email? Shouldn't they let us know if they added time on your subscription?

they can keep their trial. I would happily pay right now for service if they would fix the lag issue that 25 pages of people have been having since august 31/ september 1.

Edit: Just wanna clarify for a friend, she's hasn't received her physical copy yet and so wasn't able to register her actual game code. Her current service account exists (due to early access and beta4) but is inactive. Does anyone know if those accounts gain an extra 7 days as well?

There's a LOT of people hoping to know this atm... me being one of them. I truly hope so. They'd be stupid not to give us game time while they sort out the account situations. Otherwise, they better be prepared for 400 person long chat queues and nonstop phone ringing.

They only added it to the service account that has my collector's edition. I have the extra service account issue, and my main character plus early access is on a different service account.

I guess I got mine. I have 13 days remaining. I'm kind of wishing they would charge me for my sub though so I can get the Race/Look change Vet reward. haha Guess I'll have to wait until the 17th.

I hope so as I haven't registered my game yet, as I don't see the point as I can't play in the evening due to the P2P fiasco with BT, but I have still bought the game and did so directly from SE, so they know I have paid my cash for it.

So you can confirm it is not ALL service accounts, only the one your game is registered to?

I went on the Mog Station and it says my first service account is inactive, but the service account with my collector's has the extra days added.

I also tried logging into my Main's service account in case the site was slow, and it still get the registration error. So either my game is glitched, or only the service accounts with the game registered on it have the extra days.

If it is an Early Access Account, (and by this, I mean she keyed in the early access key in order to get into the period) yes.
If it is a Beta Account with no Early Access Key, no.
If it is a Beta Account that got into the Early Access period because she keyed in her early access key, yes.

Actually a previous post has clarified that these accounts will also get the free 7 days. While I have not verified that personally, I guess you'd just have to wait to see if that's true.

I'm confused can someone clarify. I see people saying they got their extra 7 days and now have 13 days remaining. How many days were originally free with purchase and what day did those days start getting used?

30 days free now is 37 starting from aug 27.

Those stating 13 days are just like me, 1.0 players that got 15 days only.

Sent an email to support regarding the issue but have pretty much given up. Anyone heard any reports of people getting there extra days this late?

I got my 7 bonus days on the right account. I just need SE to fix the CE registration to the correct Service account. xD

I shoudn't have rebought this, it was clearly a waste of money! (note i'm not saying the game is bad) It's just annoying know that I spent £20, to get the game on early access (I even registered the copy, preorder code and actual game code) and yet I've only got 11 days left.

Being a 1.0 player, if you can even call it that, I bailed at lv11 and never paid a sub. has clearly cost me! :(
