Most Threads Found in technical Support

Worst launch in 11 years of MMO gaming and launching almost all major (and some obscure MMO's)

How sad is it we find more threads in Technical support then in the General forums threads.

Well most of them are ERROR # QQ threads, because people don't understand the reason for them. Tho I do agree there should have been a anti-afk policy that we all know would have failed because face it WoW still has bots running around its battlegrounds.

But there are so many things wrong with this release it is just pathetic. Even if you are a massive FF fan boy. You have got to admit this has been the worst release of any MMO to date. ArcheAge Fucking get here already. I can't take this bullshit much longer.

I already foresee a mass exodus of players. You might have just ruined your re-re-release effort, Square.

I don't think they did too bad, considering it was not only a simultaneous release across multi regions, but it was multi-platform also. The fact that auto AFK booting was not in the game for at least an early launch window while servers are increased was a mistake that ruined it.

Well the reason most threads are here is because the forum design is worse than the game infrastructure design, and you have to be a certain level in the game to even start a thread. The limitations are quite ridiculous, but tech support section is immune, so everyone comes here.

To think that this game is actually really good...but this launch puts a lot of doubt in the consumers' hearts.

Agreed that's pretty stupid. What if you can't make a character because of a number of reasons, means you can't access the tech support forum... dumb.

Noticed how many threads don't actually belong in Technical Support? And how many threads are over the same issue? This has stopped being the Tech Support and started being the 1017 rant forum. Everybody is either dealing with 1017 or causing 1017 to be worse (if you aren't seeing the 1017 notice, either you are logging in during "off" hours or you are using afk to get around it, and if you are in the second group then you ARE making it worse). Suggestions on how to improve the game have another forum. Tech Support needs to be other issues/errors/bugs that people are experiencing in game or in attempting to log in. "World is Full" 1017 is just, unfortunately, a poor way to deal with overcrowded servers.

Well then Square Enix should make it clear why they are happening.

you know why they cant do anything its what ive been saying you want people just leave or just let people complain its not rocket science folks as long as we are in here and not just leaving for good there ok with w/e you want to write.

as far as tech support they really cant do anything anyway so what are they gonna really give us a reply to its not like this hasn't been going on for a week now >.>
