I noticed that a number of high end crafts have a requirement of 375 for Craftsmanship. Dark steel Ingots and Rose Gold Clasp are 2 examples. Did you mean for those to be 275 like all the other high end synths requiring requiring Craftsmanship? I sincerely hope so as 375 is virtually impossible to attain.

They didnt even balance the actual recipes around this change. 18 mats for most jewelry and 27 mats for vanya pants are simply NOT worth it. Its 875 for darklight pants and 375 for darklight jewelry. You know I think they did it because they jacked something up with something. I dont even think we can make g4 materia, and ilvl70 items arent recieving spiritbond. I bug reported it but they shot it ino insufficent lol. They also said items with HQ items and items with materia in them have higher chances of being higher grade, but they are still likely not happening because all of the HQ + materia items that I have that would turn into g3 anyways have become g3 materia.
Maybe someone who managed to produce a grade IV materia after early access can tell me otherwise. I haven't seen it happen. -

we have tier4 stills i dont know if we can still get them from spirit bonding things but it dosent relly matter because no items seem to register with the tier4's you try to meld a tier4 on the correct item lvl and it will tell you the item lvl is to low.

That is because they made T4 for ilvl55 minimum. Can only meld it onto one-star or above gear.

rose gold circlet is 2star and it tells me its to low to max the potential of the matiria witch makes both tier4 mind and int +0 on the estimated meld.
however vanya robe of casting will let me get full effect of the plus 7 from the tier4 mnd but will only give me 2 out of the 7 from the tier4 int mat and states the items lvl is to low.
so im not sure whats the point then. im gusseing 20int is cap on the vanya robe of casting..
to me this feels like some broken logic. -

If the stat exists on the piece it wont recieve the full benefit of the materia. you definitely cant put any more vitality on any HQ gear with vitality in it. For NQ gear, the stats aren't at the stat cap so you can still put a bit in them, but if you have a HQ version most of the stats will be at stat cap. There is always 1 stat in HQ ilvl70 crafts that isn't at the cap tho, such as parry on HQ Heavy Darksteel Armor, but the base attributes, vitality, mind, pie, etc are always at stat cap on HQ combat gear.

I managed to get a T4 materia from an HQ militia cuirass.
Also, crafter/gatherer T4 is iLv55 minimum and battle T4 is iLv70 minimum. -
