I see enemy's HP just fine, but then again, I have the Enemy's HP bar stretched out across nearly the entire top of the screen!

When you are casting a spell ? All mages in my LS can't see the enemy HP when are casting spells.

I've had this happen to me as well. Not only can I not see the HP I also could not see any of the debuffs or DoTs placed on the enemy.

same here. What I do is usually unlock the target then the HP will go back again.

If it helps, it has to do with the new targeting system .

In addition, you cannot see the battle regimen queue. I usually have to target the enemy first and then do all my casting if I want to be able to view anything.

The bar goes back after a few seconds, but yeah, it's annoying. Every time you cast or use a TP move, the bar goes crazy.

This has happened ever since the last patch.

If it makes a difference, I am and not using target lock.

When initiating a spell, the target bar goes blank, but the instant the spell is cast, the bar goes back to normal and shows vital stats again.
