World Full Issue

When are we going to get this addressed? I've been trying to log in to Kujata for the past 2 hours and still can't get in cause it is full. If I have 4 hours 2 play a day and I can't get in for 3 hours out of 4 or not at all, that's not good. And I can't keep having chars on different server so I can get into one of them is not good at all. I don't want to level multiple chars. I just want one char.

Yeah, same here. I've been able to log in probably less than 25% of the time I've tried since release.

The bigger issue is not my patience while they work through the first week - it's that they are burning my game time without me actually getting to play!

Is this a new strategy? Force me to pay for another month by not letting me into the game?

where is the queue system ? world full no queue anymore ?
what on earth the system you are using? sometimes, queue no... sometime, gtfo we are full ? ><
come on, IT people... do the job right ?

Worse part is you get in for 15 minutes then you zone to another area and get disconnected. Then wait another 2 hours or more to get back in.
I have already used up years worth of patience.

I totally understand the idea of capping server loads to prevent crashes - but for goodness sake put me in a queue like *every other MMO ever* !!

Failing at releasing the same game twice is truly a feat.

...The servers are being updated on Wednesday, they have almost everything ready, they are just fine tuning so they don't go all 3102 on us. You people COULD read the patch notes...

You COULD read the thread, but I guess that's too difficult for you. This isn't about server capacity, this is about the fact that despite there is a queue in place people are still getting world is full error messages. This should not be the case with a queue in place. I've even had instances where I was put in the queue and when the game goes to load because it's my turn I again get the world is full message. How is this even possible?

I hope you do realise they don't just say "This needs fixing" and then it instantaneously fixes itself, the problem is being addressed and they are working on it...

Come to troll, have you? Wish this idiocy could be grounds for dismissal. I think it would be much quieter and enjoyable around here.

Reading the STICKY posts at the top of each forum will give any lazy idiot enough information to stunt any stupid complaints like these.

The queue system has a cap of number of people who can be in the queue. If the number is exceeded, you get a 1017 World Full error. What you SHOULD be asking for is an increase in Queue max number.

For example: I wouldn't mind being placed in a queue, even if the queue says it would take 3 hours to get in. At least I could guarantee I'd be on at some point of the day.

On a different note - I just checked all the "stickies" in technical support, information, and a few others, and not one mentions the new servers or additional free time. The only place I've seen it is a random link to Reddit, which no one should be expected to magically find unless they are also addicted to Reddit...

If, however, the more free time is true, then yes - much of my QQ will end when I can finally log in...

im not even able to see my character in NA/EU servers, doesnt load since yesterday ><

They really need to get rid of the window that pops up stating "This world is full. Please wait until an opening is available and try again." entirely. After six hours yesterday of going pressing start selecting a character then trying to play only to have that window pop up, a world is full que line up with a counter popped up. I was really excited to see that, that way I at least new that I was going to get to play! Unfortunately today I am going through the same crap as yesterday!.... OMG while typing this post I got in!!!!!
