NA STILL down?

I been trying to get on for the last hour. Nothing on lodestone about this either.

yeah, a server status page somewhere would be nice.

open the launcher and click "world" at the bottom. it shows a status of the servers....right now they are online so I guess the lobby server is offline

I was in game, all of a sudden ppl and mobs stopped loading on screen. Tried to zone and stuck on loading screen. So I force quit, then got error 2002. And now it can't obtain the NA server list.

Way to ruin my night SE.

Keep trying. I on about 30 mins ago...

yeah there having a lot of issues with congestion. About three days ago I noticed there was severe lag... I thought my computer was breaking but then it spread to the chat log then got booted at like 1 pm pst. and haven't been able to get back in. I was looking over the forums and noticed that I was not the only one with really bad lag. I was really relieved that my computer wasn't breaking. Anyway I'm hoping they get it fixed soon or at least realize that their recovery wasn't successful. I do enjoy the game so I will try to be patient while they make their repairs. It just sucks a little more on the weekends because me and my husband get all excited we can stay up all night and get our ffxiv on lol but it seems every weekend we get slapped with a new error that prevents us from being able to play. Well I hope you all have more luck then us. See u in game soon I hope.

Yeah, I had unusual lag and my UI was flickering. Thought for sure my MacBook Pro was melting from the inside out :O

Lobby server error... guess the lobby server is down now.

lobby server error because xxthousands of people are trying to log on to no avail and the reason be hind that is we are geting a 1017 error server full thats compounded by the afk people already on and not geting off due to the lack of a anti afk auto logout feature.

I can log into the lobby server and the NA/EU worlds come up but every time I try to log in either error 1017 or if it looks like I'll get in I'll get d/c with error 2002, the lobby error. Anybody else having this issue?

Been trying to sign in and just now the lobby wont load for me. it's not just you Kade!

Been trying for the past 2hrs or so, gonna give it a rest and try again in a little. If not, well...Wednesday can't come fast enough then, eh?

Japanese servers still up and running flawlessly.

Of course.

When I first tried tonight, I had the Can't load NA/EU servers. Tried to log in with my JP server char, server full. Restarted, tried logging in, got Can't load JP servers, started hitting my NA char and got in after 3 tries.

I'm just aggravated that it says the servers are all green but clearly they aren't *sigh*

What kind of crazy sorcery is this?! I did the exact same thing and that worked!

Edit: wait.. no... defeated by 1017, even tho it first said I was 57th person in queue :(

Well, I have now devolved from being able to connect to the lobby server then getting booted to now just getting the lobby server error 2002!

Actually, Japanese servers are down right now. NA/EU servers are all up.
