Demand refund. Thus is f#&#&2ing ridicules
Yes, everyone has been give a 7 day game play credit.
Question if you get 7 days and your not able to play but still counts down how does that help?
Just curious...
7 days means nothing to me. What happened to "going above and beyond" in customer satisfaction? And like what someone else here said, what about the EA players *cough*beta test 5 players *cough* I'm gonna repeat myself what I said in another thread. For example, I sell stuff on ebay. When I ship out the wrong item to a customer, I tell them that they can keep the wrong item as a token of good will, while I ship out the correct item to the asap. I don't tell them to ship the wrong item back to me. What SE's doing is exactly that with the 7 days, telling the customer to ship the item back to them, disregarding the inconvenience it may have caused.
I have more issue with the lack of feasible customer support than the game working for the moment. I get the whole bit with MMO's and launching, so it's not really aggravating me too much. I just wish I could actually get them to fix the issues I've had with my character since Phase 4.
I really want to give this game a chance I really do, but if it takes so long as Thursday to bring it back up to acceptable playability then I'm going to have to quit and demand a refund for my CE. It's not that I've given up on the game (though it does have some downfalls for sure) I've given up on SE as a company to provide customer service, communication, ect. I know it does not take this long to get more servers, so what ever the issue truly is SE is keeping very tight lipped about it and refusing to take the blame for it directly. I really hope the servers come back up to playable soon I really do, but if it takes to Thursday then I've lost hope in SE's ability to provide a service, because really what's to say it won't happen again. It'll be back to GW2 until Elder Scrolls online or EverQuest Next comes out.
Well here is the thread stating we are getting the credit.

Unacceptable. Refund of time lost due to their issues is a NECESSITY not a form of compensation. They basically stole those days from their customers, they're obligated to return them. That is in no way shape or form compensation for anything, they should give back the days lost and THEN compensate people for their frustration. I consider the two to be completely separate entities.
