They've already said they are going to extend the free play time. People need to stop crying, SE takes very good care of their customers.
Good point. I've not been able to play most days since I work and can usually only log in at peak times.
You will probably be compensated with extended "free" gametime. SE is considering adding a full free week.

-I've barely been able to get into any servers since early release. I've been trying multiple times every day, ect. But for players like myself who work all day then come home and you're stuck at peak traffic you're SoL.
-A one week compensation of free game time is not worth it, a free transfer to a new server is worth it to me.
-When you near launching time for a new expected hit game, and you notice that your pre-release sales are very strong.....Then perhaps you might need bigger and better servers.
Sorry SE, I didn't think your teams were that oblivious, I've held you to higher regards than the crap other mmorpg teams have pulled. Still a loyal fan, but seriously, clean this crap up.
They are giving a week probably because it will have been a week since launch and they are focusing on all the players as a whole. It would be nice to get back the 3 days from Early Access too....but its just 3 days and I'm just glad they are actually giving us back time and fixing the servers. EA was a bit shaky but I'm pretty sure they are more-so concerned with the fact that on their actual release date the game was broken.

Not that anyone cares but I am giving up on this game - for the next 2 weeks. Its just not worth this headache/stress.
My question is. When I added my payment. It took crysta away from me, and it didn't add to the free trials days. So yeah. That's my question they better fix it before I start losing those days I payed for.
They are giving a week of bonus playtime. Assuming that this game is actually playable by next Wednesday, that means we are getting bonus time starting from the 28th Aug. Early access, which is supposedly included in the compensation according to the update, started about four days before that. So really, we aren't being fully compensated for time lost AND many of us are stuck on servers we never wanted to play on. SE is insulting my intelligence by pretending this is adequate compensation.
I don't want sappy apology letters, I want my money back or I want full compensation for time lost THAT I PAID MONEY FOR. The current response to this problem is inadequate and the compensation is a sad joke at best.
If it is so not worth the haste of dealing with the errors, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, wait until after they take the severs down to expand and start playing then!
SOOO many people cry about this same thing, if your that unhappy, they gave you a date when its going get better and said they are adding 7days (the time we have had these issues (approx)) free onto your account so stop playing till the maintenance and your still getting everything you paid for, and less headaches.
And also, even if they saw the bigger numbers right before release, it takes time to buy, receive, configure, test and then add in new hardware to expand the data center, so it is also quite possible they had already seen the issues and had everything ordered and it just took till Wednesday till they are ready for use.
