Collectors edition mount disappeared!

Collectors edition mount disappeared!

Hi, i upgraded to Collectors edition and got the mount but when i clicked it i accidentally moved. now its gone from my inventory and its not in my mount page! Please Help!!!

I recommend using the support center for this one, they can fix things :)

i did and got a automated email saying to use forums

yea i dont think i am ever getting that mount back. really not liking this support good game but i dont know if i could keep playing.

Most likely you will have to wait until the customer support center opens again and keep submitting tickets (or do online chat... or phone) until you get an answer from them. Only they can help you with this.

You were directed to these forums because their support center has today off in NA and because of the high volume of tards sending in support tickets about the login issues.

Like everyone else here (I guess) Ive been sent here after trying to get support about my coeurl mount that have disappeared.

I activated all my 6 items the same way but this one is nowhere to be found. First I tought it was because I wasnt allowed to use mounts but when Ive been authorized to ride one... I realized the drama...

My Coeurl mount is missing... PLEASE HELP !

I know that this is the game-launch and that is probably hard to give support to everyone but... I hope that they are not going to forget about us that bought the collector edition without even having the chance to ride our Coeurl mounts...

Bah, >_< Sorry... somehow, I completely read over the part in the very first post where you said it wasn't in the Mounts page, either. It was probably because every post about their mounts disappearing was because they used the mount in their inventory and was confused about it "disappearing," not realizing the function was moved to the Mounts page. That's really weird... I don't know why that would happen, though.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
