unable to update the group NA/EU servers

all day today i've been trying to log in and every single time i get this error. does anyone know whats going on? seems like theres plenty of people online.

is anyone else having this problem? does anyone know how to fix it?

I got d/c during a dungeon and been getting the unable to view error for the past 4hours..

Dont worry, you wont make it that far. it will auto give you the busy tone for an entire 8 hours they were open to take calls.
