When I try to open the Launcher it prompts me to enter a registration code like it did the first time I logged in. Only now my key doesn't work so I can't log in.. Help?

I'm having the same problem, today I was playing and it happened. And now I'm not playing.

Hey,
If you bought the game on the SE store (digital version). you will need to enter the SERIAL NUMBER of the game.
You can find your SERIAL NUMBER on findmyorder.com. Login there and it should be easy to find.
Once you have it, enter this SERIAL NUMBER when the launcher asks for a code.
If you can't find your order number (the number you need to enter on findmyorder.com), try searching for an email you recieved from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com. Your order number should be in it.

EDIT: After you've done that (assuming it worked) I suggest going on the mogstation website and check your account status to confirm its resolved.
Ive been having this problem, findmyorder cannot find my info at all, i have no receipt from my download either. They cannot find my info with CC and email. I am at a loss, customer service just left me in que for 3 hours to tell me chat service is closed for the weekend.
