well seeing as they closed all tickets today without any answers, maybe next year
put one in the 27th, got an automated "wait 1-2 days" reply the 28th.. and I'm still waiting.. my ARRCE got damaged in shipping and therefore do not have a code to play the game until support decides to happen
they will never answer you just give up already :P
im guessing sometime never... i have 2 tickets from yesterday that still have not heard from...
they aren't... if they are older than 24hrs they get deleted resolved or not.
I put mine in on the 27th, still waiting. So I made 10 more tickets in the space of an hour.

The oldest known Square Enix support ticket was written in cuneiform. It was closed last Tuesday...
Well I received a message that my ticket was received. Lol I thought as soon as you submit them they're received. This whole process stinks.
I got a response within a day for mine. It was gameplay related (simple) and I was referred to the forums to complete a bug report.
I got my answer from another player in like 2 minutes when I realized the Customer Support was hopeless.
Wasn't there a news thing about all support tickets from before the 28th being deleted so they could focus on new launch issues? I thought I read that somewhere...
