Re-entering registration code

Tried to log in, can't sayin I have to register the same 20 char code I had to get early access.

Check the forum, see I have to register on MogStation, try to use the code that I was give by SE and it says it has been used already.

What now?!

Where did you buy it?

I got it from SE. No digital driver email, I have the first 20 digit code that got me the early access, also the code that got me the preorder bonus.

This is so weird.

Some people have their order still pending, check your bank statement and see if it is.

This is so dumb... I ordered it a week ago.

Did you try looking up your order, Digital River wouldn't have sent an email but your code will be on their site if you bought it from SE nA and they didn't halt your purchase.

strangely I don't seem to have confirmation from them at all... just the one from SE with my code.

ok so this is my story:
After several tries to log from the game launcher i was redirected to the registration page where i have two options. either register a new account or sign in with an existing one. either option requires access code so even when i log in with my username and try to register the access code (that i had in my email box from SE) it gives me an error saying that it has already been registered.

So than i found this post and went to the "find my order" website. Entered my email and cc info, go to a confirmation page and noticed that the cd key is different so when i entered the "new" cd key i got in and got my collectors edition items too it seems.

Did you use your SE account email and cc card digits rather than looking it up using an order number?

Yup tried that too.

I don't see a charge on my cc either, but I know I did put in an order, I got the FFXIV: A Realm Reborn Early Access Code email.

I'm just going to go out on a limb here and assume that people who purchased a physical copy of the game will have to wait until they get it in the mail before they can play again? If so, I am a little bummed out by this. It's like I got punished for pre-ordering.

When I use the email and cc option on Digital River it takes me to EA Games' Origin website LOL. I never got any email from Webhelp or digital river about my preorder of the digital collectors edition from SE.

Can't even play the game until I get it.

worst part is, all the emails for support probably won't get looked at this weekend :s

Now to stay vigilant and wait for the help to arrive. Only 95 minutes left to go! I just hope I don't have to wait for my physical copy to arrive. That's not expected until Wednesday @_@
