Here we go agian

ok last night after helping my friend with ToTo-Rak the thousand maws I was once again kicked from the game no error given try to log back in and I been getting 1017'd again. made a Ticket reported the problem waited try to log back in a few more times no success.

8hrs later

Wake up figure for blank and giggles I would try to log in once and now its asking for a registration code so I tried my original early access code and poof says its been used...
ok tried to find a new one none given wrote a ticket to just to find out that my old tickets have been squashed with no response or issue resolution. current ticket is asking for a new code yet no response to the problem or the launcher no acknowledgement to the problem no announcement of the problem no plans to resolve the issues. then I dig a little deeper and it starts asking me to activate my game and game code and pay for the free month that I was told I would have.

Where to begin this rant I think its right at the bottom

WHERE DO YOU SQAURE ENIX GET OFF ASKING FOR A EARLY ACCESS AND OPEN BETA PLAYER FOR A CREDIT CARD FOR A PREORDERD VERSION OF THE GAME WHICH INCLUDES 1 MONTH FREE REGARDLESS OF PREORDER OR NOT.

Secondly the registration code you asked for DOSENT EXIST ON DIGITAL DOWNLOAD VERISIONS you ask for the registration code found in the package WHAT DAMN PACKAGE?

then back to the me getting booted for no reason and then unable to log back in I KNOW UR EXPANDING COMPACITY OF THE GAME BUT THIS IS ABSURD BEEN DEALING WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS SIENCE OPEN BETA AND BEFORE

Thirdly WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO SQAUSH MINE LET ALONE MOST LIKLY MILLIONS OF TICKETS ON A WHIM. You owe it to these clients to expand resources within your company. In my honest opinion we as clients have more then understanding willing to wait and stick with the game. Even though the first release and now the second those who willing to rant like me still are going to be staying and that's most likely a good 80% of the people. This is unacceptable in any and all terms of user end agreement on your end I leased a game to play. With the user end agreements its impossible for a client or patron to own his or her own copy out right. However under the end user agreement you as Sqaure enix the distributor and creator of said product are obligated by your own agreement are required to provide a certain level of transparency and response to issues effecting even just a handful of people having problems. All we have gotten to date is sorry of inconvenience were having problems with the network having problems with the capacity sizes. Nothing to the tune of what is being done or even today no acknowledgement of the registration code error that more and more people are facing. When is it that a game series is this large this addicting can say well we are working on it we will respond to you once the issues is resolved...

i feel ya, im having the same problem with it asking for my registration code, than when i enter it it says its already in use. obviously since i activated it first day of early access.

1) They ask for a credit card in order to begin processing payments when your free time is up. That's standard.

2) Digital services send you an e-mail with your receipt. If you didn't get one, check your junk mail or check which email you registered to whatever site you bought it from. If there's no receipt in your e-mails, then you'll need to contact customer service.

3) They've said many many many many times that they're monitoring the server issues. If it takes some time to expand their servers, then so be it. Unfortunately, there's a cap on character creation, the world servers and the log-in queue.

4) They probably squashed your ticket, because its a reason they've heard and they're addressing it. Or you're talking down to them like you are here and they removed it. They already said that they will take no verbal abuse. Be more constructive and less entitled.

Ya i had same problem shows game i bought on there site shows that i have game register when i login ask for my code i put it in says already in use like wth ive been playing i should have never of fracking logged out last night should of stayed logged in

Ea code is for Ea only. You need the actual reg code from the box. If digital copy check yer emails/purchase history ect its there somewhere

what bothers me the most is I am a lvl 31 glad trying to finish something up and log out for the night come back and have this issue saying my code doesnt work this is a bunch of bullshit come on man give me something i paid for the game 2 times and now this crap whats going on i love the game and all but this company testing my limits AND on top of that the minute it opens up for there tech support lines busy like wth come on ppl give us a chance to bitch to a live person also

Look in the email you used when you bought the digital edition, they emailed new registration codes at least in my case around 1am EST.

you need to realize i still have all the orginal emails from early access and there was no code but the early access one along with the other one that is not 18 digits long were ever you are seeing yours in your email let me know cause damn if i know i be all over that 3itch trying to play right now

1) its standard to ask for ask for one once it is time to pay not before the free service is still ongoing not to mention the first month is free regardless it should be a warning or a recommendation not a you must do this or you cant play

Anyone know what to do if you ordered from amazon? Only e-mail I recieved is the one when I bought it which contained the 16 digit code, and the preorder code that I used before of course says it's already been used.
