Ok i looked around and have not been able to find out my problem but i would be alot of help if you all can help. So i just got my game today for the ps3 and have not been able to register my registration code. I went to mog station and my account type is none and my service account is inactive. I was a beta tester so i already have a character so i wanted to keep her and i have also tryed making new service account but the registration code i got with the game for a 30 free subscription is to short. If any one can help that would be a big help.

Do NOT create a new service account,make sure after you type in the code( ps3 account management,redeem codes) do not reinstall. Start the game as you did for beta and select the account that shows your beta character. Hit next( not create new service account) and you should be good to go. The code on the card I think is for the squeenix site, and will show under my games. Not sure though, I got that card in other squeenix games in the past.

As answered above, and to make it clearer 6-3-6-3 code is for Square-Enix Members (social profile) to register any Square-Enix games (product registration). The login for SEM is different from your Square-Enix Account (SQEX) which is for FFXIV Service Account.

Is this the same method if you have a Pre-Order code, since those expire today do we just go to PS store and put in the one that is in the manual?
Someone suggested Mogstation but it says it doesn't work with a PS Network Acct

On the PS3 XMB go to Account Management> Reedem Codes. Simply put the codes from the back of the game manual not the red card. If you already have the beta phase 4 client you don't need to reinstall it, just select "back" once you enter the code. This saves you time re-downloading everything, regardless it doesnt hurt either way.
Also, very important make sure when you are asked to assign the service to be on the account which your characters are on, DO NOT make a "new service account" your 1.0 characters will NOT be linked to it. Just be extra careful, I was much too excited the first time and made this mistake. I had to go buy a new copy of the game. SE customer service is way too busy and will not be able to help you in a timely manner...

The 30 sub comes with each new registration code you attach to your SE Service account.
