Same here but i dont think the code from your old box would work anyway as it would have been used on 1.0.
Have you tried clicking past the registration code query?
If you had an 1.0 service account, you may need to log onto the mogstation and reactivate before logging in on the launcher...
Were in the mogstation would you do that?

This is not my post but this what I see, although it shows my beta character now. If i click on add platfrom. It asks for a code. If I click Add Windows Service. It asks for a code. I haven't received a code.

the mogstation for me only shows the beta for windows and i tried clicking past the reg code on the launcher i have support tickets in that hopefully will be answered today i know many people have been dealing with this same situation
I didn't use a Reg code, just my old account continued to work as normal. Though for some reason I think this is a new forum, my post count is reset. :/
im asuming that this is a known issue where some 1.0 users are working fine while others are noe what baffles me is that fact that it isn't being commented on by anyone in charge.....
this issue still hasn't been addressed or commented on whats the deal?

This is definitely happening to me. Purchased 1.0 in 2010 but did not qualify for legacy and my Beta account is showing up in mog station. I'm frustrated with customer support - I have submitted tickets just to have SE close them because my issue wasn't considered high priority and requested that I resubmit another ticket. Also can't get through to chat support. Every time I try I sit for hours in a queue just to be told there aren't any agents available and to try again later.
It seems like the 1.0 users are getting swept under the rug. Some welcome back campaign!
I guess I would just like some clarification on the issue. It not like we can play right now anyway even if we wanted to buy the game. Unless you buy a physical copy. I've sent in a few tickets but haven't received anything back yet.
I'm having the same issue (digital pc download CE) Said iwas no longer registered an hour ago, haven't been able to get anything from their support team
I've been having this issue also. My Early Access registration codes expired but I can't find any other registration codes anywhere to update. I've looked everywhere in my email (spam folder included) and I don't have any other codes to enter. I don't have a physical copy of the game since I downloaded it. Extremely frustrating. I'm not going to even try to contact support...
EDIT: Called Amazon (where I purchased the game) and got my permanent code. It was under Account>Games & Software Library. Der.
People who were early access 1.0 users (Legacy?) are now in our boat. We are non legacy 1.0 players and have received no registration code. The code you guys got was for early access. Now we need one play the game and makea subsciption
