Mog station not updated with PS3 service

I purchased FFXIV from the PS store. The service is listed on my PS network account. After downloading and attempting to access, I can't access the game.
1. The error says to contact SE support.
2. The Mog Station says that it has to be updated with the PS3 service which is not accessible through the Mog station.
The question is, if I purchased the game from the PS store, why is it not listed in the Mog station?

Have you bought it from the US Store or the EU Store?

load of us who purchased the psn digital copy are in the same boat someone posted they've talked to sony who are now talking to sqex

I purchased a US digital download from the PS store.

Purchased mine from NZ PS Store which is/should be EU.

and is the game working for you? Is the Mog station working for you?

Thank you for the information. At this point I don't even care if I can play the game or not. I am just concerned that I purchased something and it appears to be defective.
I just would like to see the game load so I can watch the servers being full like everyone else.

Seriously, I am not just being upset about this. I don't even care to play anymore. I just want SE to respond to anything and say, we are aware or we are working on that, or something.

I've already send them 2 tickets...and they don't asnwer....i want to play.....

yes at the very least an official we are aware of the problem would be nice 21 house since purchase now and service still not recongnised

How did you get a ticket, I would like to do that too?

just log in in your se account in their website or in mog station and choose support.

This is a really serious issue and we still don't have a statement from SE.

well it is said that the problem is just too many people are trying to start playing and registration could not be processed correctly and they are going to expand worlds or something and asking for understanding . Im personally really happy that my favourite game production company can have a succes story with ffxiv just 1 month free would be really good gift after all this harass ..but for now a huge party would be just getting into game and just run for a while :) breathing freah eorzea air

Just a thought from me, SE said there were over a million registered on beta, ok a quick little math, 60 dollars x 1 million is 60 million dollars, I am pretty sure they made more money from somewhere else other than the 60 dollars. I just want to be registered properly, I will give up playing so they can buy more servers or whatever, but please just let me register my account.

Guys I bought CE from PS store inNA and iI'm able to play. Show'smy account in mog sstation but not my character.

I am happy to hear that, that is good news. I am trying to figure out if there is something else I have going wrong.
Is the multiple account thing in the Mog station and issue?
Is the security token item an issue?
Is the downloaded copy from the PS store an issue?
I don't know, but I am happy to hear that you are able to play.

I think it is any digital purchases (SE-PSN) issue regardless regions. Which could be the reason why all digital sales are temporarily suspended. Maybe there was not enough access keys available on SE to accommodate PSN (both physical, and digital) redemption.

mine updated... you have to make sure when you first load the ps3 and you choose the old service and NOT new service or everything you did for P4 and EA will be set aside and youll have to start all over... up side is youll get all your stuff...

Worse is, I only have one button to click "I currently possessed a Square Enix Account" which proceed to SQEX login with Square Enix ID greyed out. After a success login, I then get presented with "No valid service account".
