Returning 1.0 CE Member missing CE Status and Items

I already entered the onion code, I can even take a picture of the box sitting next to me, it was already recognized that it is a CE account because I received the onion helm in game but I am missing all the ARR CE items and when I go into account management my account is flagged as being a standard account. On another note I even have the CE security token registered to this account so at that point it doesn't make any sense to me why its flagged as being a normal account.

Bump, can someone please look into this I really don't want to pay more money for something I already own.

I noticed some people got their accounts divided in two... one was 1.0 CE and the second was ARR CE... you might want to check through mog station if your listed as having two accounts...

I am in the exact same boat as you. Everything is all on one account, it says right there that I have the Onion Helm in my list of bonus items, and yet I am flagged as a standard account. I submitted a ticket about it and am waiting for a response.

hell I cant even log into the game as the mogstation doesn't recognize the fact that im a 1.0 ce owner... did you have to do anything on mogstation or did it just work no extra code entry?

I have also got some feedback from players as well with two accounts from 1.0 to the ARR CE. I am guessing you are going to have to contact someone in support for that to be fixed or SE will fix it in a few days possibly ?

Hopefully the support gets up and running, their game is crashing right now so player kindness is on the bottom of their list, but no both my characters merged onto this account, because I have them on two separate servers. I just don't know why its not showing the CE account at this point and I double checked the onion helm to make sure it wasn't from beta testing, my CE code was used on the account.

My boyfriend is in the exact same boat.

We bought bought 1.0 CE and his says Standard, but mine says CE. I received all of the bonus items, but he has not. We submitted a ticket last night & I am currently 15th in a live chat queue.

Same for me. 1.0 CE and list shows Onion Helm but top of Mog Station just wants me to upgrade to collector's edition. Looks like this:

Well, good news I just got an email back after submitting a ticket of missing CE items and they are looking into it but they said for me to wait a week to re-contact if the promotional items are still missing.

It's the same for me as well, 1.0 CE and legacy account, only showing 1.0 CE items and not 2.0, account not even listed as CE.

Me and my wife are in the exact same situation, except I am Legacy and she's not. I could've sworn I used the code on the book for myself, and she used the buddy pass.

I would just do the same thing and just write them an email through their support system and just play the waiting game, I mean even if they try and say the Onion helmet is from the beta which a lot of people are getting it for, most if not all CE members from 1.0 registered a security token to their accounts as proof and I know those are documented as CE items physically given. Also I put the ticket in maybe 20 minutes ago, my original one I submitted maybe 2 days ago disappeared.

I removed my physical security token to get the app version, but I still have all my CE stuff and the receipt if they want proof.

I decided to put this here, this is the email I got so if you wrote the right ticket and I did fill out the character name, location, everything you could fill out.

Sounds like I'm going to get a similar form letter, I also have all the bonuses right by me, codes and all..

273 in queue for live agent, about an hour wait to go to ask about this further..

Still no response yet, bumping to keep the fact that there are 1.0 CE accounts which are not being identified as such on the mogstation. Still no ingame items for 2.0 CE as well.

Is there a problem with that? I think the issue here is that it is not displaying as a collector's edition account, when they are indeed 1.0 collector's editions.

The issue is the CE + Legacy I'm nearly sure. My wife and I got our 1.0 CE at exactly the same time. I am legacy and did not receive my CE items, but she is not legacy and received hers. So, I assume it is something they need to fix in account flagging once the more critical problems are fixed with the game.

I'm guessing everyone posting in here is 1.0 CE + legacy. Can anyone post that they received their items as 1.0 CE + legacy?

I got legacy item (chocobo whistle) then helm of light mini behemot behemot mount.

Still no response to my support tickets, and Live Chat is useless as it just keeps kicking me out after I wait through the entirety of the queue. Really would like to know when, if ever, we will get our promised CE items :(

i'm so glad to know that i am not the only one that is having these problems!! i've been freaking out the pass couple of days.... I received an email stating that they would be getting in touch with me soon.. so they have time to send an email saying im going to be getting an email.... smh....

We put in 2 tickets & they answered one but it was all about Beta Invites?! I guess they didn't even bother reading the ticket...

I sat in the chat queue forever & got kicked out as soon as it was my turn.

Our 2nd ticket is still open & we are waiting to hear what they say. I'm really hoping they are able to fix everyone's issues :(

It's now been beyond 48 hours since they said they would respond to my ticket as well, only thing that's changed is my NA characters now appear on the account. Still no collectors edition designation.

I was hoping I wasn't the only one in this situation (not for wanting to wish ill upon others, but just to find that it isn't a more confusing, unique issue!), so this is good news that I'm not just crazy, haha.

Both my boyfriend and I are legacy members that originally purchased the 1.0 Collector's Edition. He subscribed and started playing much later in 1.0 than me, but that's the only difference... He ended up receiving his 2.0 Collector's Edition bonus items with no issues.

My Mog Station account, on the other hand, is reflecting the same errors that all of yours seem to: the Onion Helm is there, but it's asking me to upgrade to 2.0 CE for all of the new bonuses.

I submitted an email ticket about 5 days ago, now... It took SE over 24 hours just to respond with an automated email that said they received my ticket (better than nothing, but odd that a fully automated one would take that long, even considering traffic). If I'm able to catch the live chat up and running in the next couple days, I may just do that. I just didn't want to nag them since this isn't an immediate issue for me (as long as we get the items eventually...).

Damn it's already took more than 48 hour

I was hoping this mornings maintenance on the mog station would fix this issue, but still no resolution to it.

I'm in a similar position except, I'm not just missing CE status, the entire game vanished from my account including the security token.

Emailed support because live chat seems to be non-existant but haven't heard anything after 2 days.

Here's a thread I posted regarding the email response I got from SE on the matter.

Although I'm shocked to read all of these accounts of "missing 2.0 CE items", I'm relieved since I'm in the exact same boat as most of you. I could copy and paste 99% of these messages to explain my situation... Legacy, 1.0 CE + Onion Helm, shows option to upgrade to CE, support yet to respond (received the canned "we'll get back to you when we get back to you" response), etc, etc.

Either way, I'm able to relax a bit now, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that this is resolved soon. Best of luck everyone!

I received an email this morning which went into detail about how the preorder and early access codes were different, and the various codes and where they should be put in. My request clearly states 1.0 CE, meaning I did not have to input any kind of code at any point. Hoping for a quick response back.

Not sure about anyone who was having this same issue, but still no resolution.

Still haven't had it resolved. I received an email saying they closed my ticket without responding to it due to the number of tickets that have been submitted and solved with the latest update. They have also added a form for people that have accidentally registered their CE code to the wrong service account, as that is apparently another very large issue similar to this one.

However, is is obviously not the same issue. We are people with just one service account that is being incorrectly identified as a standard account. So I submitted a new ticket. Hopefully I get a response this time.

Still no resolution on my end, either. I've also been getting the "we received your email" response about two days after submitted each ticket, and then the "we closd your ticket" response maybe a week later. I'll be submitting a third ticket tomorrow evening.
