Physical Collectors Edition

So, I bought the Physical Collectors edition. I never had the collectors edition from V1. I went to put my code in and it tells me its not valid. I want my money's worth of in game items. Does anyone have a clue of how to fix this? I heard there is a way to contact some phone number and ask them to do it.

It's case sensitive, make sure you enter it all in Uppercase.

Did you follow the instructions and enter it at http://sqex.to/FFXIVRedeemCodeEU (Europe) or http://sqex.to/FFXIVRedeemCodeNA (North America) ??

When i tried to do it via my account it told me I already owned the game.

Same thing happening for me. Also I don't think I got any instructions.. I typed in my code in the bonus item code thing and it says it's invalid. I had everything in caps too.

Where are the instructions? I can't find any anywhere.
