I am not sure if this is a known issue or that I am doing something incorrectly. I have not received my Behemoth pet, Couerl Mount or the Armor for the Chocobo! This morning I was able to obtain the basic stuff like Cait sith and the other garbage hat..oops did that come out. Anyways I pre-ordered on the PS3 hope that information is helpful. Also I have checked the moogle in game. Can someone please enlighten me?

Ok, so I did some research afterwards and noticed others are experiencing the sme issue as I. Are the codes being sent manually? If so...that sucks but being in IT I understand the pain....
I would also like to ask how will I receive my code since I preordered through my PS3? I checked my messages this morning to on PSN but nothing. -

I bought and own CE 1.0, I did ALSO buy CE 2.0 digital copy, (and then was told that I DID NOT HAVE TO) as CE 1.0 people get all the ingame items for free. I tried the return process via the store, and can't look up my order ( that has the digital CE ). You guys need to register the CE registration code to get the CE stuff. You can't get them with having just registered a preorder or EA code. And for the PS3 guys, they are having known issues with registering codes, so you'll have to wait.

For those of you with Amazon downloads, I just got off the phone with them. We figured out that you need to log into your Amazon account and look under games and get your product key from there. Then enter your product key into Mog Station. Be sure to use caps when you do and you should see the CE on your account.

Ok guys this is what's going on. If you were 1.0 standard account and pre-ordered the CE hoping to just input the code, and receive the items... you're boned(myself included)
Apparently only ps3 CE will work that way because of idk, and I don't care why.
Anyway as it stands, right now, you have to spend 20 more dollars to upgrade your existing account to CE.
So that means we all have an extra copy of the CE to give to a friend, or wipe our asses with.
Msg to Screwed-US-Enix: {You can have this} 20 more dollars of my hard earned money!
ugh I'm very upset. I read through countless threads of bull crap on the beta forums, read everything, every day. No One that had a 1.0 account would have pre-ordered your stupid CE when you could have upgraded for less than 1/2 the price. The Cait-Sith, and moogle cap suck both of my testicles! Those items are lame, just like this early access, and your 3102's and your 1017's, and your 90,000's.
But... I'm a huge fan of the series, and I have a very good time when I do get to play, so I'm going to bed over and take it up the ass from you guys.
Could we at least get a damn phone number for some real support? Some refunds? Something?
