1.0 user still not received access

Hey!

I'm due to receive my 2-weeks free game time but I've still got nothing here. No codes, no updates, nothing.

I've been able to log into Mog Station and it shows my account as inactive, despite having registered for 1.0 back during the free period in 2011.

Help?

Account I used to play the original game and as such the early beta access has absolutely nothing on it.

Contacted support multiple times (4 open tickets currently) and had a few automated responses.

im kinda wondering whats up here... i got into the open beta... played for 2 hours and got locked out with the already logged in error and missed the entire open beta.
now im trying to figure out how to join the game and have no idea whats going on.. i purchased 1.0 and if i read right we get ARR free and 2 weeks? are we waiting for some
kind of code to be emailed or what ?

Did any one of you happen to cancel your FFXIV service account back when you stopped playing? Mine always stayed active even though I hadn't payed anymore. O_o

Yes, I cancelled mine at the time; I reactivated it now though.

I'm having a similar problem, but I've been a beta since phase 3. i participated in phase 4, but after that my Square Enix ID was suddenly inactive and I couldn't play during early access....was this suppose to happen? or is something wrong? I've been trying to find out why I'm inactive all weekend

Im not part of the legacy group but I did purchase 1.0 and had a registered account up until 2010 and got in on Beta 4. I don't have my orginal FF14 as it was lost in a fire. Everyone is telling I should still receive a registration code although I have not received anything either. Unless i'm not supposed to get one.

Ok... so who was in beta had to download new launcher software for open beta phase 4. With that launcher I am currently playing since EA (Legacy+Beta Tester). About code and stuff....we on the same boat. I have just my copy of FFXIV 1.0, his code...and nothing else. Mog Station doesn't display my 1.0 character, sent in-game bonus to that character but...WOW I have no license, no free software, no mail saying me "hey @#"*@# girl do this!". It's just me or we all have the sensation we'll have to buy a digital copy of the game or we'll keep sailing on this boat Without a destination??? :(:(:(

mmmmm..... i think .... im going to give up on this game for a second time and go back to guild wars 2... with this crap going on i can see SE going bankrupt within the year

You don't get or need a code. You simply log in.

if you are owning the 1.0 already, you don't get a code. it's a free 1:1 upgrade. regular - regular, CE - CE upgrade. No codes needed.

So I tried just logging in and it says I need a service account and it bring me to the mog station. My options are to add service account for a PC or PS3. I click on that and it asks me for a registration code. So my next question. How would I setup my account so I can play.

I don't know what's going with this, but i just picked up my pre-ordered copy of the game. gonna use the code to reactivate my account

I am currently logging with the Open beta launcher BUT they say Aug 29 ends that kind of access and 1.0 owner (I am 1.0 CE / Legacy)should download for free the software. How and when? Old CE codes is invalid, I got just behemot bard, mini behemot, coeurl mount and lightining helm. It's kinda late to pre order the game CE... and have no idea what gonna happn tomorrow when I'll try to log with open beta launcher at it will say I can't. Maybe some help would be nice...

i was going to buy another copy for my wives and 3 of my kids... but i wanted to see if it would be a shit release like the last one... well guess whos not rebuying your game square?

You're likely not considered a Legacy player. To be a Legacy player you would have had to play 1.0 for three months.

legacy only mattered for the discounted sub and early access all 1.0 players get the game for free and the 2 week sub then if like me you hade the 1.0 CE you get the items
