Post here who is getting alt+tab random crashes

In my case it happens with AMD HD 6970 latests drivers. No correction for the problem atm.

It may just be for me, but i found that running it in "borderless window" got rid of the alt tab crashing problem. I am not sure if that will work for everyone, but it has for me and at least 2 of the people i play with.

I am. Everytime I alt+tab.

For some reason borderless window hurts my fps.

Yeh I can confirm I'm crashing after Alt-Tabbing out, don't crash if I CTRL+ALT+DELETE and open task manager though lol?????!?!

On Windows 7 64bit.

Same... I tried borderless window to see if I get FPS gains the other day... made it choppy!

Please fix this. Crashing multiple times today for no reason.

I'm running 2 GTX 560Ti in SLi (Multiple Display) and this has been happening to me quite often, although not 100% of the time... I tend to find that if I wait a minute or two before tabbing back, the game doesn't crash. I don't know if it could be something like the client having to initiate some sort of sleep-process to reduce CPU/GPU usage whilst minimized but we are trying to tab back in before the process finishes? It's probably not even a real process, but seeing how others are having this problem with different hardware to me, I feel more inclined to believe it to be a software issue.

That's weird...I alt+tab out and in and out playing Dota 2 and FF14 together having no problems @3@
Both are full screen with all max settings.
Maybe try update your Windows, coz I updated recently.

I have the same problem anyone find a solution yet?

Sometimes when I press Alt+tab to minimize the game it crashes when I try to return. I have noticed that the longer it remains minimized the higher the chance it will crash when I try to maximize it.

Same thing.. Although I started playing in borderless window and haven't crashed yet while alt-tabbing

I Alt+Tab out once and the game crashed on me but ever since no issue...

I'm definitely having this issue. Never had any problems in beta. I have a pretty high end system and I have no current issues with other games. Hope this is resolved soon. However, I haven't tried borderless window yet. I'll give that a go when I get off work. :)

Same thing is happening to me but doesn't happen with full-screen borderless but I think there is an fps drop if I use that.

I can't even launch the damn game at all... game crashes as soon as I click "play" on the launcher :( Weirdest thing, too... it was working up until today (where I changed absolutely nothing) and just decided to crash on launch now.

Never happened to me no matter what mode I use. Borderless Window somehow increases my Fps rather than my Full Screen Mode, lol What o_O?
