So basic information:
Pre Ordered directly from Square Enix.
Purchased the digital collector's edition.
I have only received the Early Access key. I have NOT received my actual retail key. When i log into the mog station it confirms my account is only a Early Access account and will expire in 4 days. It also request me to enter a retail key or asks if i want to purchase the game from Square.
Square PLZ help!
We should get them tomorrow, I don't think anyone has one yet if they bought from SE.

Check your spam folder in case it's there.
I've been keeping a tab on the spam folder cause that's where my pre-order EA code mail was send to, but it's still completely empty... can hear the crickets croak.
Same here, people. Purchased from EU SE store. No game code yet, only got the EA code a few days ago.
*sarcasm* 6.8719477e+46 ppl have pre-ordered the game, thus SE is unable to generate new codes :D
thought the head start was pushed through till the 29... so they probably wont give any keys yet
Same boat here, bought the DE directly from the square enix store, still waiting for my code, same story with my GF since she bought hers at the same time as me from the same place.
I pre-ordered the digital CE and never got charged for it for whatever reason, though they still gave me my codes for EA and the pre-order items. Now that mogstation is up I realized I can upgrade to the CE for the exact amount of crysta that I happened to have lying around so I cancelled my pre-order from SE and did a direct digital upgrade with crysta. It even immediately updated my account so I had all of the CE items upon logging in a little while ago. Since they're already registered to my account I also retained the pre-order items. That's 50 bucks saved! I thought I was never going to find a use for that 2000 crysta that I've had for three years.
Edit: I should mention that doing the digital upgrade through mogstation didn't e-mail me or ask me for any codes, it was instant upon hitting the payment button.
I purchased the game as well from se and have yet to receive a code..
I want to do a CE upgrade, but mog station doesn't give me the option...apparently I have to add the serial key we haven't received yet?
Says I have 4 day trial period remaining..
I just saw a Bayonne post that the SE store is sending out their messages at 12:00 am (PDT) - so 3 hours or so... Hopefully they'll be there in the morning.
