Paying a Sub Fee ? error 1017¿

I know everyone is getting a error 1017 i wana know everyones thought on the Sub Fee? and wondering if SE can give me a refund on the game cuz i dont want it anymore and i know alota people are on the same boat as me :mad:

If you ordered via amazon.com like I did a refund is very simple.
Go to: https://www.amazon.com/gp/css/order-history
and click the cancel order button button. Refunds only take seconds to process.

i know we are all bitching but to be real this is the worst launch i have seen i think neverwinter online had a better launch and that game is F2P !!!!


Doesnt help we all paid for a game and cant play it cant play in early access seriously lol and i know we all have busy schedules and that when we decide to get on and play we want to play and sit on forums and wait for the Devs to fix the issues

No they haven't. And the refund took like 15 sec before I got my email after clicking the button.

I'm in the same situation :S. Is so frustating... in all weekend i only could play a little cuz this problem. And today... i arrived from the job and i want to play and i can't. But anothers people yes.. this is so unfair!!! :(. They are wrong guys... if tomorrow is the same.. i will demand to the company cuz this is a fraud. Always the same in all weekend :S

The early access is a right and i dont have it in all weekend :S. If i paid a pre-order to access early in the game... why they took my right? :S. This is morally and ethically wrong. The early access means an advantage against the normal acount that will enter after the release. But i didn't have this advantage at all :S. This is a fault of respect for the clients.

Any GM will come into this post to give an explication for this? and any solution? :S only are the silence of they.

If they don't fix it by the time they do ask for a sub fee they can kiss their whole fan base goodbye. Then again i am sure some butt kissers that frequent the forums will continue to makes excuses for them 30 days down the track and stick around.
