I Bought CE of this Game And still no CE code yet....

Whats the problem? i bought The CE for EA and new account , Yet all my friends got their accounts , and i didn't get my CE nor my Early Start items in mail , Whats the problem!?!?!?! i want my Head Start and CE items i payed for it

My bf is having the same issue. He preordered my game & his through Amazon. We also pre-ordered CE for 1.0 and I got all my items today. Not sure why I would get mine & he wouldn't get his.

I'm experiencing the same issue.
I pre-ordered the digital CE from Square Enix's store, was able to get my pre-order items but have yet to receive my CE items or any word about them.
The confirmation e-mail listed a code for the game itself, listed the CE had been bought and that the CE items had been bought. No codes were given for the latter purchases.

While I'm willing to let it slide for a few days, if I don't receive word or the items by midweek I'll be submitting a ticket.

i had one submitted as soon as i saw no confirmation of the ce items when i registered my initial code for early access and they still have not gotten around to it

yes and yes, and same here, CE & no code.

CE Items bought from the SE Store will not come until the 27th. Currently only 1.0/Legacy players get them a day early. You will have to register your CE Edition on Mog Station tomorrow. That is what both the email confirmation and Digital River's find my order site says as well. They release the code for CE items on the 27th as per official launch date.

boy i hope your right but since ive been hit hard with every issue this game has brought since beta phase 1 something tells me thats not going to happen

If not, I'm sure something will be said.

That is what's bothering me.... we are both 1.0 players and I've received my CE items & he hasn't >.<

Hmm I bought it from Amazon yet says I cant access till 27th.. no biggie.. since I cant log in now ANYWAY! hehe

My best educated guess would be...different timezones? Otherwise I have no idea why one was shipped and one was not. Possibly they haven't finished shipping them, I am not sure.

I'd been on all day, and until I relogged and checked my mail, I didn't have them show up :\

Been trying to log back in for about 30 minutes, but no luck.

I was on this morning & randomly got kicked off. When I logged back in I had all of my items.

I know there are other 1.0 players that are having this problem, so I guess we will wait it out.

Anyone Yet got his CE code?!

hi!

im new to ffxiv and this code stuff has been a bit difficult to understand.

what i did was recieve a preorder code that allowed me to start the game. now upon official release today, i recieved another code and went here and FINALLY easily found where to enter it.

after that i simply logged out and back into the game and boom! the moogle had 4 new mails waiting for me! so, dont panic ~

i hope this this helps some other nubs like me! :p

I purchased my CE digital copy from gamestop weeks ago...got my pre order code and my early access code after much digging...but still no CE code and my mogstation says I only have 3 days on my account ono'...this whole thing is annoying XD.

I pre-ordered mine from AMAZON, and I got the pre-order code which allowed me to gain access to early access and have been playing the last couple days.

Amazon emailed me my download link along with activation code for the CE edition right at midnight on the 27th like they said, but when I try to enter the code at mogstation, it says "Invalid Code".

Been trying for hours, logging in and out of the game etc and still nothing. At mogstation it also says I have zero characters, yet I have one in the game.

I want my in-game CE items lol :confused:

CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS. It's not rocket science. That's where mine was. It isn't sent from "Square-Enix" or anything of the sort. I believe it's sent from Webhelp or something random along those lines. Thus why it is submitted as SPAM.

If your EU we don't use digital river like NA.
I'm in the same boat, order mine though SE EU, though I got EA code fine has been no activation code sent for the CE digi copy. I read somewhere there was a issue with e-mails but i can't seem locate anything else.
We may get on 28 seeing were digi orders but who knows, no way for EU players to track what going on so it a guessing game.
if nothing by 29 may just be a phone up job.

mine arrived yesterday

I ordered mine via gamestop, and in the gamestop app, it has a place for it, but it's not registering on my actual game, and the code that's there is the early access code, not the CE items code. And it's not in my spam folder, I went through all 600 pieces of it. Also I got the digital version, if that matters.


Edit: Well am I embarrassed...Turns out I was putting in the "preorder bonus" code over and over, and didn't think to even put in the actual game code. I figured this out after seeing that it said I only had 2 days left on here...So everything's good.

Okay I was able to find my code. I ordered from Amazon the Digital CE and the code wasn't emailed to me. I had to go the game library on Amazon and underneath the quantity is a little thing for showing the activation code. Clicked that and entered the code on the Mog Station and says it's all activated and have 32 days of free time and the CE items are listed as tied to the account.
