Yoshina-San why do you hate Tanks so much?

Your complaining about little tanks queuing for duty finder then do this:

Increase threat by 500%

Increase their damage remove penalty damage from warriors (btw level 50 warriors if he auto attacks level 1-10 monsters takes 2-4 hits to kill it-LOW DMG)

Increase their Defense physical and magical

Any problems with tanks are due to mechanical or gameplay issues... buffing them up doesn't help that or make them any more fun to play.

If anything, this game should have had at least a 3rd tank class. It baffles me how a game can have like 2 tank classes, 2 healing classes, and 2523523 dps classes, then wonder why there may be a lack in tanks or healers.

Yeah, because making something ridiculously OP and easy mode is a great way to improve a game.

The problem is the Arcanist class. Everyone is playing Arcanist right now, which makes queues for damage dealers super long. Of course, an Arcanist can easily main heal in low level content but the Duty Finder didn't get the memo.

Ha! .. Can't lose agro, kill stuff fast, can't die. God mode for tank. Already do all these things easily (so far - 35 WAR), so making it impossible to fail would make me LESS likely to play tank - not more likely.

Two tanking jobs for a game that only has a total of eight jobs isn't that bad.

Arcanist can also tank. Especially 2x ACN makes perfect substitution for tank and healer.

Tell me about it, my friends that play ACN keep ragging on me saying MRD/GLDs aren't needed since Topaz Carbuncle has more health than any tank in the game, has the ability to keep more threat than DPS/Healers, and ignores AoE from enemies.

That said, Topaz as a tank dies off after Lvl25 as the bosses one to two-shot any carbuncle.

Scholar isn't released yet, so I'm pretty sure there are 8 jobs. Are you confusing jobs and classes? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Jobs Classes

O.o I like playing a tank. Fun so far and I have a reliable healer + 1 DPS in our crew of 3 so we just pug 1 other person when our 4th (not so reliable) can't show up. I see no issues so far, but then again I'm not 50 or even a Paladin yet. Soon though.
