Where can I go or who can I contact for a refund?

Tittle says it all, I am looking for a refund and I don't know where or to who I need to talk to get it. (Bought digital copy on internet)

Depending upon which country you are in and which supplier you purchased from you should have a limited right to cancel provided you have not used the product. Once you register the code and launch the game you waive those rights I think.

Obviously you'd have to contact your seller. Good luck with that (Hint: It won't work.).

But you knew that and just made the post to let us all know how unhappy you are. Thank you, we get it.

As I said I didn't buy it @ a seller, I bought it online it is a DIGITAL copy not a PHYSICAL one, I dont care whatever happens to the account they can delete it or w/e I just want my money back.

contact square if you bought it from them. I did that for gw2 and got a refund. I did buy it from NCsoft though.

If you live in a country with decent consumer protection laws you can probably get a refund since the product is not performing as advertised. But that's pretty much limited to the EU for digital goods.

Here, I'll just give you 50-70 dollars, if you promise to just delete yourself from existence. Jesus, these whiners are getting out of control.

Just make sure you delete all your characters on the way out. ^_^

if you bought a digital copy you will not get a refund because it becomes a used product, and used digital products are not entitled to a refund. and about I haven't downloaded it yet well you can contact whoever to purchased it from and see if they will refund or not, that up to them how they want to handle that, they will more then likely say you bought so it is now used wether you downloaded it or not and not entilted to a refund.

Game hasn't launched yet, so as such it is still a preorder and should be refundable, depending where you bought it.
