No NA/EU worlds listed

So maintenance over and servers show online but Unable to load characters and still show NO NA/EU worlds available.

I am planing to start playing the game in two days, afte they fix all the problem. The easiest solution.

I doubt it will work by then even. They should postpone the release until it's fixed or atleast not charge people until it's fixed. More people will be on the servers when it goes live, so I dont see how they'll manage to fix the issue(s) in less than 48 hours. This isnt some F2P game we are talking about, this is a game where they plan on charging people monthly. Right now the release is worse off than NW was during open beta or GW2 was during early access.

The NA/EU only issue will be an extra sting. The sub-regioning is kind of meh, as a character on JP servers still loads fine. Wish it were as easy as same masterbrowser.

Edit; Good points if playerbase / type numbers accurate. Still sad to see, either way. Sadface routing.

The favoritism towards JP is very heavy, you can even see it when you refresh the list here http://www.arrstatus.com/ Tell me what server list pops up first? They obviously get much better performance than we do. It is what it is.

Not sure about the numbers of JP playerbase, but Japan seems to have roughly the same numbers of servers as NA/EU.

Point is, Japan population: 130 million people.
Europe + NA population: 1,2 blillion people.

Even considering that in Japan this game is most likely more played than in the west, our servers blowing up is not really surprising.

Actually if you take a second and look, the webpage refreshes same way, every time. So no, Japan isn't being "favored", its just the way the Javascript is written to refresh the page.

This is happening to my wife as well she was getting a 1017 error then tried again and the NA/EU servers are not even there now...........

Same issue: cannot see NA/EU worlds/characters. If you're going to impose a login limit, allowing players to queue would seem to be the logical design decision...

This should be the announcement from SE.. "Welcome to beta phase 5, where we will be limiting login numbers to the NA/EU servers and you may or may not be able to use the duty finder.... Have a Great weekend!!"

Epic fail ....really a horrible early acces, the worst i have been in.

I payed 1½ month ago, just for this experience...wtf !?

Great so now some people get to play while others get locked out.

Either close it for everybody or open it for everybody, but this limiting is bulls***.

Get better servers.

When you Log In the. Get message: "the world is currently full. Player's in queue: ##" don't cancel, I suggest waiting in line. The longest I've waited is 1min. Thankfully I'm a PS3 player that had no errors in Early Access
I'm guessing there still testing the Maximum capacity for D.F. servers that are connected to the N.A./EU worlds.

I think they may have underestimated how popular it would have been in the West.

Server: Diablos

I have 2 PC accounts and 1 PS3 account. All 3 accounts have characters on NA Diablos server. All 3 accounts receive this same error; "No NA/EU worlds listed or available."

If we don't receive the previous no world error we receive the 1017 world is full error with no option for queue.

I understand that we have a server resource allocation problem. I just wanted to post up my server and account issues.

Still find it odd there is only 1 EU Legacy Server
And I can't access that at the moment either.. which is annoying as my client crashed half way through a leve

This game is re-launching after a massive failure 2 years ago. They underwent a long, detailed beta and this is what we get after 2 year of planning this out?

Oh and they expect $15 a month? Come on man....


I've been home most of the weekend and only able to reach LVL 7 because the servers are offline for me 90% of the time I have checked. No excuse after the long beta and all the tests they ran and knowing they need a great launch to make up for 2 years ago.

I have Hearthstone, ESO beta, and so many games to play, but I love Final Fantasy and keep giving them another chance, but,

If this continues I will quit after the free play just like 2 years ago, can't give them money if they can't even let me play the game.

So yea, hurry up and fix these issues before same thing happens as 2 years ago for most players.

really login restrictions and so what happens when its official launch and there is 10 times more people trying to login what are they going to tell all those people who paid to play the game and cannot even log into the na servers.
oh we are sorry for the inconvenience even though you paid to play the game we are restricting how many people can actually log in so that this new version of this game can BOMB and everyone demand a refund.
and they really expect people to pay a monthly subscription with still this many problems with the game.

at the moment im only getting no servers exept the jp ones which dont seem to have any problems, or im getting the lovly 1017 error and the server is full

it's taken me 10 minets just to get the forum to this page O.O this is painfull

same, the server status says all the worlds are online, but the NA/EU list never loads.. this isn't the same as earlier when the worlds were full/locked.

i don't want to "waste" time playing chars on the JP servers when i'm not planning on staying there. i've already tried two and it's just not as fun. i still haven't been able to even create a char on my preferred server since it's been locked every time i've tried. it took me several tries just to login to the forums.

i mean, why offer early access if you can't handle it? it's like SE is surprised that people want to play.

i did see a 90000 error earlier today, but is that related? this not-being-able-to-load-the-server-list doesn't even feel like a population issue. if it were, i could have some faith that it'd get fixed at some point. can't SE get some of the guys managing the JP servers to check out ours? /sigh

You can't really tell me that they were not anticipating that such a huge amount of players will start during early access that crap, they had 150k users during B4, so logically, if you already have 1/4 of the FXI population during a Beta 4 test, then you might think of a shit load of players who're going to start on early access damn it ....

Having the same problems. I am bouncing back between no NA servers showing up & error 1017. Lol I can't even "Like" some of the comments I've read lately on the forums.

I want more than anything for this to work well. For this game to succeed. For this game to be FUN. But, seriously, how can this work when just over 24 hours from "Official Release" the game is suffering THIS many problems?

I WANT this to be great, to run well. Hiccups are expected and understandable, but not this catastrophic meltdown they're dealing. It's unacceptable for a "finished" game to be this broken. :mad:
