Ice Talons Recruitment Thread

We're huge fans of MMO's and Final Fantasy and we're looking forward to establishing a presence on the Ultros server in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Team players wanted, good sports expected. Keep in mind that it's important to apply even if the position you're applying for is limited. We take people on a case by case basis and have absolutely NO blanket policies on recruitment.

We know the whole recruitment process is foreign to most console players and we try to make it as painless as possible. The primary reason it exists at all is to mainly, ensure that the people we get are focused on what they want to do in the game and are going to mesh well with the existing members of the community.

Also, we're here in Eorzea to stay. Although we are a larger community comprised of both PC and console players involved in multiple different games, those of us who are playing ARR are extremely dedicated to making the community engaging and fun. We've just posted up our first Podcast for ARR and we're looking forward to many more!

Roles we're looking for:

Crafters - High
Healers - Moderate
DPS - Locked
Tanks - High

Play styles we're looking for:

Socialites
Tradeskillers
Dungeon Runners
