Still unable to enter instances

Kitsu K'ten here on Sargatanas. My server is still unable to enter instances after the recent updates to address the issue since 9am EST.

Looking forward to a fix. <3

Edit: Looks like this is still an issue on all NA/EU realms.

No one can they failed to sort the issue out again!

at least japan is working as intended.

Yep looks like i am swapping to the jap servers since they cant fix this shit. Been trying to get into an instance since 8 am and finally got in about 5:30 and the damn server goes down.

Also cannot enter instances, however this is a first since I've had no problem so far all day. On Hyperion, btw. After the last maintenance, I cannot enter instances at all.

I also cannot enter instances didn't start until after I choose my grand company and received my first quest for it. This was at 11am est. I am on Malboro.

Broken on Gilgamesh too

I was able to enter an instanced battle when the servers came up, but can no longer access any form of instance (Duty Finder related or on World quest related)

Doesnt work in Balmung either sadly, at least not for my level 10 glad quest

Goblin is also broken.... I can't continue either class or story quests...

Edit: I just tried again to load up a instance for archer. And now I am stuck and cannot log out.

Two maintenance and it still isn't fixed. Had a 2nd chance and are making some pretty nasty blunders here.

So Doesnt na/eu have more players than japan? u think they would maybe...idk take care of us to... or we have so much people on at once it just mess's stuff up,, idk it makes me wanna rage. I will not seeing how its first day of EA and does no good anyways

Same Server, my level five isn't going either. I have a black screen with the loading circle.

Instances (from what I hear Quest and DF) are still borked.

It is totally outrageous that despite 2 maintenance outages since early access of 5.5hrs downtime you still have not fixed this problem. Funny how the JP servers are not affected, why not copy their code over? SE you are heading for a PR disaster on this re-launch if you don't get your act together for the non-Japanese players.

Seriously this is third time in one day. Fixed?!?! This game aint even close to finished product and its supposed to be released version.... Cant do quests because "unable to connect duty server" and you guys tried to solve this not once but twice and still doesnt work also this same problem WAS in beta stage 4 and now in early access. I hope we get atleast decent compensation for this so uselles early access...

Sadly, I can't blame them. Unexpected things happen with the tech/networking side of things.
I've been in their shoes before.

Instead of freaking out, try helping.
Work with them not against them.
Why would you even want to help someone who is insulting you?

Maybe the Japan servers are working because they aren't freakign out.

The company you keep is bugged on hyperion, can't access the main story quest to get a chocobo, this is game breaking.

True they happen but when its 4th time then you can point finger and blame them. So far what i've know it happened in beta stage 3&4 and now third time in early access.

And how do you suggest we work with SE when they dont even communicate with us or cant properly solve problems which looks like server / net capacity problems. I think they put more effort to make early access more succesfull in japan than in EU/NA thats why they dont have these problems??

Yup same here... looks like i'm done for the night since i can advance no further until i do those. Sigh. O wells.

Also having the same issue after we did Copperbell. Can't do any instanced solo quests, and can't do anything else with Duty Finder.

so much for early access. I was stuck at a solo instance main quest for the whole day.

since early access had begun I have been unable to get into an instance. still stuck on the lvl 10 class quest. Because of that, i cant get another class, cant get any more quests, cant get to other cities. I have been grinding up to 17 so far but this is just getting boring. So much for getting the gift of early access. what a crock of shit this is.

All, this report was posted by SE. I feel one thing we are all forgetting is that the duty finder is across all worlds (servers). I for one am glad about early access. It helps to hammer out these bugs to provide a higher quality product at release. With the instances being required for story line progression and the fact there are 50 servers (as of this posting), I can see where the duty finder will be given a lot of attention.

I dont mind hammering out bugs before the official launch, but when its an issue that breaks the game, 2 days before launch that is not acceptable. something like that should have been found and dealt with in beta 4 at the latest. If this issue is caused by server loads alone, then there was some really bad planning. More so if all the servers link into 1 duty finder server. After so many recent examples of lack of server capacity in online games, this should not be a problem anymore. Rushing to patch the problem in a short amount of time could also create new problems. We cant just keep going from 1 major problem to another.

Yes, but unfortunately this issue didn't occur in beta 4, so how was anyone to catch it?

it should be fixed after this one it been maxed out thats all some people just lined up and did them like in phase 2
