Keep receiving the error unable to connect to duty finder Server

Steps:
1. Click on NPC-Wystan or the prime location
2. Proceed to sync to level needed
3. Then I'm stuck until it says duty finder server error

same error on hyperion, duty finder doesnt work-

I'm assuming duty finder server broken is just the instance server being overloaded. That being said... can we please prioritize solo quests for instance creation? -.-

Anyone know when they are going to try to fix this problem...again.

I don't know about other quests but this seems to be an issue with the "Ul'dah's Most Wanted" quest. Keeps saying the duty finder is broken when the game tries to upload the quest. I'm in the Faerie server. Waiting for an update on this being fixed at all.
