Duty Finder Error Still Happening

stuck in story line mission quest, can't advance because of the Duty Finder error.

yes , error is back again, cant use any instances at all...

We have waited 19mins in full party and all it has been saying is reserving instance...
I'm not sure why I waited 2 hours for this maintenance because as soon as it got back the game got unplayable.

Same here no instances are working because of someones idea to tie all instanced content to be tied into the Duty Finder.

Having the same issue. Logged back into game. Attempted to start the level 20 ACN solo quest. Got disconnected with error 9000. Logged back in... now seem to be semi under duty.

still having problems was able to do my lvl 20 gld quest but got the error on the brotherly love quest and im not the only one, its still also effecting the pre ifrit quest,

There is about 25 other people standing next to me with the same exact problem.

Can't join GC do to instanced fight. That's where all my gear is.

I say if you have 60 members, why use duty finder?

Because the duty finder and the solo instances apparently hog up the same part of the game engine. When you error out of trying to get into a story quest you sometimes see "cannot connect to the duty finder".

glad we had 4 phases of beta, and this pre launch ..... Launch will be so great .... if you believe that then I am not sure what to tell you lol

Yup same here i CANT do any Instanced quests. REALLY puts a damper on what you can do in the game. Seriously Fix this crap

Try again, SE. There's still a mass of people outside solo instances that cannot enter them. The error persists, but I know you guys'll take care of it.

I'm stuck at Painted Mesa instance for Into a Copper Hell. Cant logout or Exit Game. What do i do? Exalibur server. I alt+F4'd

Edit again. Now i'm receiving Error 1017. The Queue is not even loading :(

Duty Finder still broken on Hyperion as of now.

Tried: Joining Duty Finder for Sastasha with a premade group of 4.
Joining Sastasha solo.
Entering a Thaumaturge class quest battle (Duty) around level 20, don't remember the name.

Happening on Faerie attempting to do the Broken Spirithold quest.

Same issue here can't progress my main story quest. Loads of people on Leviathan are saying they are using the duty finder without issue, plenty of others are in our boat and can't use it at all.

I can confirm that the Duty Finder on Balmung is broken. I am also seeing a lot of reports in the Shout channel of people stuck on the Ifrit quest. They either get stuck loading into the Invisible Ruins, or they get stuck when actually trying to queue into the Ifrit fight.

As for me, I'm going to go level Botany while I wait for a fix. :)

Yeah, I just got locked out again. Had the Duty Finder all set to put me into an Instance, hit an error which disbanded the party and now getting the 'You are unable to accept a new duty.' error again. Did Sastasha and completed it, went to TTD and boom.

Can't enter any instances/duty finder instances

I got the same thing. I understand it all name. The Final Fantasy is that you will ever be able to play this damn game without it erroring out.

Either it kicks me out or gives me a blackscreen for 10 min, next to that Moogle has some nasty lag spikes as well.
During fates I have 35 FPS which is fine but sound glitches.

This game had the stigma of being one of the worst MMO's , now people are willing to give it a shot.
I don't understand how you could even consider treating NA/EU as secondary customers.
It's obvious from communication to the fact that everything is working for the Japanese.
Not many issues with codes, not stuff being sent on the last minute and no emergency maintenance.

Meanwhile for us it is one big mess.
It's like shooting your self in the foot, just mind blowing.

You had so much time to prepare and to test with betas and in the end this is the best you could do for NA/EU.

The duty finder issue really needs to be addressed.. In Beta phase 4 we were capped at level 20.. Now that that restriction has been lifted it still feels like I'm stuck on progression since we cannot complete these dungeons to unlock further content. Also since duty finder is connected to not only finding a group but queing for dungeons even with a premade party it still doesn't work..

I am stuck on the last part of Violators will be shot... and can't move on.. this really sucks.

After the maintenance I was able to go for the first Instance-quest in Ul'dah. But then the same problem occur for the second instance-quest.. Not working for anyone there.

The problem is with the Instance servers not duty finder technically. You can go to the dungeon and enter with a premade party and you will get same error, or you get stuck forever in a loading screen.

Still getting duty finder errors when doing quests. Same as before maintenance.
