Well this is starting to make me want to rage!. I was a 1.0 player that did not like the game. I joined Beta Phase 3&4 and enjoyed all the changes they made. So I pre-ordered the game to get to play today!. I stayed up all night clicking the Redeem your Code botton and get "Error 3: There was a problem. Please try again later" Do you think they will give me my 30$ back and I will just wait the 3 days to play on the 27th or am I just out ?

Seeing as you have had a lack of update for an issue that has been going on for the last 3 days I wouldn't bet on it. You probably won't even be able to reach anyone until Monday.

They have something about refund if you don't accept the terms of service, check with the place you ordered if opened it they might not, then you have to go though SE To get the refund, not sure how that works as the lack of comuntiy response here makes me wonder if they have any type of true customer server

Ya, I watched some videos online like ( Mr. Happy ) And they all said just wait they are working on it. Guess they were wrong :( oh well

Definitely debating on that refund if they don't get this sorted out. I mean, we're still having issues that should have been address in beta. It's no longer beta. This should be a mirror of actual release day

Never in my life have I had an issue redeeming an early access code. And i've played a lot of games.

I bought the Pc digital download but when i went to vaildate my code i got the error 3, but when i chose PS3 it worked. -.- [I dont have a PS3] what should i do?

Now your code is stuck and you will need to create a support ticket. Not sure how long that will take to get sorted out.

At least now it shows that they acknowledge this is still happening and are working on it. I'm a little less aggravated now...

We are aware that players in the North American market are not receiving the PC Redemption codes.

We are working to fix the problem and will issue a notice when this has been done.

If it's anything like the 9000 or 3102 error fix it won't be fixed anytime soon. Nice that someone finally got around updating the pre-order page although 1hr and 15mins late.

I have been trying to redeem my pre-order code for 3 days... This is on the extreme end of terrible customer service.

what the fuck i've been trying to enter my fucking code for like 4hours and it doesnt work, error 3 is just owning me. I've never seen a game with that much difficulties to launch a game/beta/register code, its so pathetic. Normally the congestion is INGAME not on the website to ''TRY'' to register your game. Why the hell did they not let us register our account since the beggining. such bullshit

I have now temporarily received an Error 1, and returned back to Error 3. Hopefully this means they are actually working on the issue

I have went from Error code 3 for a 6 hours, then Error 2 for a few trys, then Here is your PS3 Code ( WTF !!! ) Then back to 3, Now I am getting Error 1: There was a problem with your code. Please make sure you have entered it correctly.

You should watch Sword Art Online... talk about one hell of a release day. "You will play my game and die, or you will just die." At least its not that bad... right.

Finally! MMO launches never go as expected. Now-- lets hope we dont run into the dreaded 90000 or 3102 error again. I hear they are back...

Jus got my code to go through finally too. After seeing others were starting to get theirs working, I tried once an dgot the error 3, but then tried 1 more time and it went through fine, got my EA code, and activated that and the other pre-order rewards.

Confirmed. just went through finally here too.

when you first enter the preorder website it will ask you to pick a language dont pick US
try the Uk language then input you preorder code. hope that helps
