Triple Spark (TS) was established in Selbina/Ridill FFXIV 1.0 around beta September 2010 and focuses solely on FFXIV.

Currently on Excalibur, TS is a late night PST endgame Free Company. We are a small community with events and activities based on LATE night west coast/early morning east coast. The goal that we continue to aim is endgame related activities. Our events and times are based on LATE west coast areas (this mainly includes hawaii, alaska, and the west coast) Our members are primarily NA, though we do have members from all around. Of course anyone who can make our time zones are welcome to apply, NA, EU, and Asia, provided they can fully communicate with us.
We believe in achieving impressive results in a competitive environment while still enjoying ourselves, and will be looking for members interested in this aspect of the game. Due to the game starting anew, we would also like to start anew and make some changes to our recruitment.
Triple Spark also TS accepts members into its ranks that are of similar personalities, goals and values to its own. Anything a member does reflects on the overall LS image and on all fellow members. We expect members to only take actions that reflect positively on the linkshells image that we work very hard to build.

Raiding currently scheduled for 9pm PST-Midnight bi-weekly (3/per week when requested)

These times should serve as a guideline for when we expect you to be regularly active in order to get the most out of this Linkshell. There will be plans to increase our event days (times will remain the same) and there may be swap arounds for days to accommodate a new player base.

We are currently mainly looking for those interested in Tanking/Healing in the late night PST timeslot.

Still looking for some more folks who love to heal.

We could use another tank (Warrior), a bard, and another healer (or two even!) who play late to round things out.

Updating recruitment, we are looking for the following jobs capable of adapting to a late night PST schedule:

People willing to play multiple roles are especially needed as we remain focused on the style of the singular close knit FC roster based on raiding together when/if ever we get proper 24 man endgame content. We do however allow our members to join permanent or semi-permanent static groups for Coil of Bahamut inside or outside of the FC due to how that content is poorly designed for endgame communities.

We also gave in and started a linkshell if any of our old friends from Ridill want to exchange pearls in order to chat with us and join in on pick ups more easily with members.

Not selling titan wins, or any other spots in party, but if you know the fights and are appropriately geared you are welcome to send me a tell and we can try to fit you into some of our runs (same goes for keep farming, and praetorium speed runs). Always enjoy meeting new people.

We are recruiting DD again, however we have quite a back log of applications right now. We will give you a linkshell invite and just try and be as proactive as possible about grouping with our members. If you don't have a vouch from an existing longtime member then we like to make sure most of the FC gets an opportunity to play with you before we accept you.

My old fc recently disbanded and i literally helped them with garuda for 2-3hrs straight wiping, then titan only it was less than an hour. I have nit been able to do titan with anyone and has recently turned me off and thinking bout not subbin to this game. Hopefully you guys can try me out, hit me up in game with a tell anytime between 2-8pm est. i also applied on your site thanks

Your usual playtime is going to be an issue with us. We don't even start most nights until 9pm PST (midnight EST). Are you sure that is going towork? Talk to me and I can help see if I can't recommend you an EST FC if that works better.

Thats the time im usually on on weekdays when i work mon-fri night shifts so i play during the day. Sat and sun i can play midnights if that works for you

Hi, this is just an update for those who are interested in joining.

In the future we'd like applicants to join our linkshell in order to get to know our members before deciding whether or not to join the FC.

If you do not already have someone in the FC to vouch for you, then after you apply, your waiting time (before we make a decision) is mostly dependent on the amount of experience our members have playing with you and getting to know you.

what are your raiding times ATM?

9 pm PDT+

Coil static groups set their own schedule I try not to interfere with that (SE made it clear this content is not for endgame communities but static groups what with their terrible lockout design and all), but that is the time of official FC functions such as if you need a primal or something (though we do those so much with me doing the titan runs we dont' really always adhere to the schedule).

However for Crystal Tower, assuming it is decent raid content which will be our main focus as a FC it will be 9 pm PST+.

I signed up on the web site. I live in Hawaii and play a paladin as my primary. Been playing a tank type since Ultima Online in 1998 and Everquest in 1999. I look forward to hearing back and gaming with you guys.

We are looking to phase out static groups ahead of 2.1 so that we can be ready for 24 person raiding. Same benefit of static grouping (as in once you are in, as long as you show up you won't lose your spot for the week) but mixing groups for turns 1-4 so everyone in the FC can play the content together. We have a wishlist based looting system (X slots, then backup lists etc.) in addition to main/sub job designation (for unanticipated drops) so people can play jobs other than the one they want to gear with allaghan and also prioritize those pieces they need the most (slots not filled with AF2 for example if they choose).

We are currently looking for a couple more main healers who are able to make 9pm PDT start times (currently Tuesday though with them changing reset mondays might be a possibility later).

Having multiple roles/jobs coil ready is a plus.

Well so far our new rearrangement of members for coil is going good. :D
Like the old primals, we figured we mix and match members rather than keep to a separate static, as that kind of alienates member interaction. It also enables us to keep to a schedule, and be more versatile.

We are recruiting, about one of every role.

Our current coil roster, doing turns 1-4 Tuesday nights at 9pm PST and Twintania later in the week consists of 16 regulars and 4 substitutes (until we can get our 3rd group going)

However, we do coil every week and plan to do events for extreme primals as well which hopefully should be worthwhile.

Recruiting, no particular job needed though at the moment as many of our players have all but maxed out their main jobs so just looking for some fresh meat.

If you are a new player and are okay joining an FC mainly focused on endgame feel free to apply as well, getting along with the rest of the FC is much more important than your current level or "ilevel". We are a fairly tight knit group, with no drama and many longtime members; but we are also a friendly bunch who wouldn't mind meeting a couple new folks.

An update on our current schedule for those interested:

Thursday: Extreme Primals/CT/Whatever
Sunday: Twintania or etc.

All our events start at 9pm PST, if people are on earlier we can sometimes start earlier but mainly we are generally very close to 9pm since we have so many Hawaii players who can't make it much earlier.

We are now opening recruitment for all classes for patch 2.2!

Updates:

• We have a medium FC house in Gridania Ward 4 right next to a market board with thoughtful interior and exterior arrangements.
• We will be adding a "trial" rank to the FC, so that new members have better access to guild activities; a trial period is expected to last 3 weeks, possibly more. We will make an effort to get trial members into at least one FC event each week until trial period is complete.

We are doing content on these days at 9pm PDT:

Monday: FC Coil (group 1)
Tuesday: FC Coil (group 2, on hiatus until 2.2)
Thursday and/or Sunday: Extreme Primals/Coil Progression
