Is it tolate to redeem your code for EA ? My friend just got her code and to redeem it the button is faded does that mean its tolate to redeem?

Are you selecting "Windows PC" or "PS3" BEFORE hitting "Redeem"?
It will NOT let you select "redeem" unless you tell it which OS first..

You DID log into your SE account FIRST yea?

Sure she is selecting what operating system "Before" hitting Redeem?
You have to choose "Windows PC" or "PS3" before you can click redeem.
Make sure she is selecting that.

Try reopening the browser.
Try giving it a few mins.

I'd try redeeming from a different computer and a different browser, just in case.
Check windows updates or w/e.
Make sure it can't be some kind of system related issue.

They may need to make sure they've selected if they want to redeem it for PS3 or PC? You can't click the redeem button before you've picked one, because you can't redeem it for both.

Yeah your good to go, in fact you will be able to use it after early access as well. you just wouldn't get early access, obviously. You would still get the other stuff though

Omg it worked but now its giving me an error whats up with thes broblems back to back ? All a guy want is to be able to play this weekend dang.....

when I had this error I would log out, then refresh page, log back in and enter code again. Eventually worked.

it's having some congestion problems so keep trying, if it's greyed out, make sure you are typing the code in, if you paste it in, the system does not recognize you input something in the last box.

Trying to redeem yet another code for someone. Getting the same error 3. Getting 403 and 502 errors on the SE site too. Everything is taking a long time to process. Something is definitely wrong on their end atm. Too bad I don't think it will be addressed by EA. :/

Yeh alot of ppl going thru the same problem I was googling it and its nothing new its been going on for a min but se never took care of it all I can say is I better be on EA this weekend cause I spent my monie on my ps3 copy

Two things you can try that worked for me: 1) Clear your cookies out completely and try again or 2) Try a different browser (I tried Firefox about 100 times before switching to Internet Explorer which worked first try). Hope it helps..
