1.0 none legacy and early access

Im a old 1.0 player but didn't earn the legacy. But im willing to buy the 30 dollar copy to get the pre order and early access. how do i register that with my old 1.0 account so i can continue playing?

You just login with the same account as your 1.0 used and apply the preorder code. It applies to the account, not a specific character.

When you enter your pre-order code you'll be asked if you currently have a Square Enix account or not. This is when you will tie any early access benefits to your account of choice.

you mean the old Login page we used to use in 1.0? because the new FFXIV website dosent recognize are old accounts or services??? there not linked or something...

Plus do i have to wait for the pre order code? or do i register the game under my old account...? Or can i give the game to someone else and keep the pre order / early access for myself?

Oh its called the Loadstone... thats where i still log in and see my account info and FFXIV stuff... its the new website that docent see any of that.

I have not been able to find a way to register the game to my account or find a pre order code to register to my account (in the loadstone)

When you purchase the preorder, you will be asked to register. The reason for this is that you are purchasing from the Members site, and the accounts for this site are separate. Everyone had to do this, and it is just for the purchase.

After you make the purchase, you redeem your preorder code on the Member's site with the new Members account login information. Once you redeem that code, you'll get a new 20-digit code and a link to register it.

When you register the 20-digit code, use your old 1.0 account login. My boyfriend did this exact process earlier tonight.

Later, you can link the Members account to the Square Enix account if you want (check the Support Articles from the Account Management Page). Important - use the same email address for the Members account as your Square Enix account if you wish to link them later.

but how do i use my 1.0 account login? heres no where to pout a 20 digit code that i can find

Lol.Do not buy the hole game again.

Just buy a EA key witch is 2$ around the internet.

As a non legacy player owner of an 1.0 acount u will get 14 days free starting from 27.

So people stop sugesting rebuyng the hole game again just for the EA key.

It's on the same page as when the code pops up, there's a link that comes up right below. Or, you can enter it in to the client as well.

Well, it helps to know what this "EA key" even is. We tried to find where to buy some kind of early access upgrade but couldn't. Do you mean like on ebay or something?

OK EA is early aces key.

I got it in 30 min.Dont need to rebuy the game as a 1.0 standard owner of the game.

Your link is for an EU product. OP, this might help you if you are EU. All I get (NA) is a page that says "this is not available in your region." I'd try to find something for NA but the page doesn't seem to be loading anymore.

All i did is providing a solution for a problem.It seams it solves the EU owner of the game lol.

on the squar enix page i try to register my code but i get a invalid code error :(

You will get a seond code after u introduce the first one.
Second code will need to introduce here:

Use the socond code when it will pop up for u...also save it on your notpad.

I see u are US from your server at your status.
Make shore u buy the EA key for US and not from EU promo sites.MY link to where to by was for EU.If they dont sale for US than google search a site that sale US EA key.
