Final Fantasy character you would like to see in special quest and boss

To celebrate the less than 24-hrs till early access I've decided to start a post about the FF char you would like to aid in a special quest and the Boss you would like to fight,

for me its Barret Wallace from FF7 :cool:
and I would like to fight Seymour Guado from FFX, I really hated this guy good job writers ahah

I want Yuna or Tidus to come out and lend a hand. I don't even care if we fight one trash mob, I just want to fight alongside one of them (or both).

I agree with FF VI (FF III US). I still don't understand how they did it, but every single character in that game was just so amazing. There was no "main" character, and the game has the best villain of all time. Kefka was so... just pure evil. If Kefka somehow made an appearance in this game that would be amazing.

Still get chills thinkin of this fight, was so epic at 75 with 18 people, oh how i hope there is a battle as epic at this one in arr ^^

Oh would I love to fight Kuja. I'm sure he'd make a formidable opponent :D

And I'd have Zidane back us up. Although I'd also like to fight along Yuna and see her aeons in action. That would be awesome.

Since Magitek armor mounts are coming, it'd be pretty cool if there was also some sort of quest involving Terra to go along with it.

..and then it ends with a Magitek mount boss battle fight against Kefka and the Imperials!

I would choose none, but as they are probably going to do it again sooner or later...

Aside from the regular "returners" (reoccurring monsters/Gilgamesh/etc.) I'd like to see an FFXII character (Balthier or Gabranth would be nice) since the game resembles XII in a ton of ways and they would go good together. FFIX would work as well. I'd just like to avoid the cliches of Cloud/Sephiroth and co. Leave those popular appearances to Kingdom Hearts as it seems more fitting there.

Allusions / archetypes are fun, I'd prefer to keep actual (character) appearances quite limited if not just none.. lol

Cid being a type that crosses through each game but never the same person.

I would love to see a Doomtrain fight like in FF6. It can be a dungeon style, multi-boss fight dungeon, whereby you're given a time limit, you get on Doomtrain and fight through the cars. You could even add Magi-tek elements to the train. You have to get through it to the engine and perhaps instead of running backwards at ~50 mph like in FF6 you can have floating platform mechanics that play into the last fight with Doomtrain's engine.

Any Final Fantasy character other then Cloud and Sep. God give those two a much needed break.

I would like to see Balamb Garden and the SeeDs in this world. They could also become a playabale class, since gunblades are currently implemented (For NPC characters, what a boomer...)

I don't want any characters to make any appearances except for maybe in esoteric cameos.

Recurring monsters are one thing, flat-out using characters from previous games is Kingdom Hearts crap.
