Advanced job requirements?

I know some job requirements have been changed from what we heard and version 1.0. Can someone list all the adv jobs and requirements. Like blm now needs thm/acn.... thanks!

The secondary class to lvl and sub skills should be:

MNK--(PGL30/LNC15) LNC/MRD Cross/Sub skills~
DRG--(LNC30/PGL15) PGL/MRD ^ ~
MRD--(MRD30/GLA15) PGL/GLA ^ ~
PLD--(GLA30/CNJ15) CNJ/MRD ^ ~
BRD--(ARC30/PGL15) PGL/LNC ^ ~
WHM--(CNJ30/ACN15) ACN/THM ^~
BLM--(THM30/ACN15) ACN/ARC ^~

Not100% sure on SMN and SCH but :

SMN--(ACN30/THM15) THM/WHM Cross/Sub Skills~
SCH--(ACN30/CNJ15) CNJ/THM ^ ~

one thing to note, this is all speculation at this point. The official website still has the old 1.0 information up and the job quests were never implemented ingame. It is entirely possible that they removed the secondary class requirements. Alben's info is the best guess with the information we have now though.

What I, and mant other people did, was level up both classes that PLD was able to draw skills from to just be safe.

Think this one is more accurate. Just click on the job you want and it shows for example on here DRG is LNC/MRD now not LNC/PGL

Yea just figured I would ask as it was a discussion in beta forums, which are gone now. Now at least I have a basis to work with.

I think about Bard is more likely mix of (ARC30/CNJ15) LNC^ ~

since there are much more LNC skills that can be cross to BRD than PGL do. :)

No, they were changed in Phase 4 to not have any Conjuring abilities.

BRD can cross class Pugilist and Lancer now, and can't for CNJ, you can see a BRD with both Pugilist and Lancer skills here

If you look at that site you'll notice the dates are over 5 months old,,,and has been stated many times on forums and on popular gaming sites right now its all speculation.
It would be nice to see an official statement from Devs over this but until then all we have seen is certain jobs losing classes to draw from for example the changes to bard

My question is, for any of subjob classes, you need just ding 15 or you must do a lvl 15 class quest?

The advanced/main job will share any attribute points with subjob or just skills?

Just cross class skills~ Attribute points will be different/have their own set for all classes but carry over/count to their Jobs :D

I would do lvl 15 quest as well... since it usually gives a ability to use.

Stuff like Bard no longer have Conjureur skills is something phase 4 changed. Making it a very recent change. 99% of the sites on the web have old information.

I am going to laugh so hard if they just do away with the sub class requirement lol. All these people posting with absolute confidence that it will not ever change from the way it was and you will always need a PGL for a THM and so forth. :P

By the same token they can now require 2 sub class requirements. We don't know yet. Just hang tight and pray they decide to finally update the obsolete mess that's the lodestone before early access :P

Well i already know im gunning for WHM, i already have CNJ,THM,ACN all 20 so when i get on tomorrow ill just continue with my CNJ to 30, im basically set :)

That is what I am hoping also. I already have ARC to 20 and want to get my 2nd class all taken care of as soon as I can so I can have a clear direction of where I am going. Do not want to end up guessing and shooting in the dark. They should have made this information available "in-game" at the guild Rec. desk once you do a certain quest like the Main one for archer. It should then tell you that to walk the path of the Bard you need to visit the "such and such Guild" to further your skills.
It seems like a "gamey" thing to do. Maybe they will when ARC hits 30.
