Focused has been active with a variety of members from all walks of life. We stand by a ruling that real life (RL) comes first. We play these games to conquer them and hopefully walk away with a reward for our time and commitment. Not get consumed by them just to look around to notice we have forgotten everything else.

In-game we game hard and get what is needed done. Outside of games we are husbands, wives, MDs, college students, athletes, etc.

Understanding that each and every gamer in this community is a person and not just some pixels on your screen keeps the respect levels high and the comradery towards progression even higher. We cherish this and live by it.

What can i say . Focused is my home, and will be for many years to come . Our leadership team gives the community all the tools it could ask for to succeed and we have some AMAZING members because of it .

I just started up with Focused during the beta and felt right at home immediately. This is an amazing group of people and I can't wait to continue growing with the community.

Focused is quite a good guild. I've been in guilds ranging from extremely hardcore focusing not only on server 1st but 2nd-10th aswell and super casual where we just hanged out. Focused realizes that by taking the middle ground they can effectively blend both worlds without hampering or entitling the other. Their mantra of "Real Life First" is another testament to the quality of their management. They understand that even their super hardcore players would have just as much of a real life responsibility as their casual players. This also promotes diversity in the guild as they have players from as many different time zones as currently exists which allows for around the clock ingame and outgame support/help
So to me if you want a quality guild that is open minded and accepting of all players regardless of time zone or playstyle, go Focused.

Yes Focused is coming from Tera Rising as well as Aion. We are looking for like-minded individuals who share the same philosophy of gaming as we do. If you are interested please click the banner I posted as it will take you to the Focused main site where you can see our rules and even submit an application!

Going to stack on here for the sake of exposure so close to release.

I'm in Focused purely for the PvP side of things(there are many crafters/raiders/etc.) There's a lot of good information on Focused PvP history on the site which is what led me to join them when looking for a guild a few weeks ago.

I come from DAoC where I ran with competitive gank guilds for 6+ years on Percival - Albion. I believe I've found the perfect mix of players to have a competitive pvp mindset while still enjoying all aspects of FFXIV.

If there are any of you out there who played DAoC/AO/Shadowbane (you're a unicorn) come look around. Arenas are fun and all but that frontline zone will be ours.

If your heart belongs to another FC but you did play DAoC competitively I'd still like to maybe get into a LS with you at some point for some fun RvR.

Joined the Focused Community during P3 Beta. Must say they are fun, friendly, lively bunch. The members have a sense of humor but also a sense of being competitive and serious when needed. Lots of people to help with quests and dungeons or just give advice on crafting or Fishing/Gathering spots. Very wonderful people and I look forward to tearing it up with them on Launch!

If you are on the fence about joining, keep track of us via our Website and decide from there. We have Husbands, Wives, Military members, college students, everything!

I truly believe you'll find an understanding and great FC to call home :)

Anyone who is Active and takes Gaming seriously with a positive attitude. That is Focused in a nutshell. So whether you're "simple" or not. If these attributes fit you, apply up and we will see you soon. ^^b

Are you guys <<Focus>> in game or will you be <<Focused>>? Cause I've already seen Focus and tried to message the person but I never got a reply.

<<Focus>> is a different Free Company to Focused which could explain why you did not get a reply. Sera is really good about getting back to people so if you've hit up our community website she will likely have replied or you can contact her in game once the game comes back up. Her character name is Serashae Thir if you prefer to contact her in-game.

Focus is the 500 member FC that spam invites hundreds of people - not us.

24/7 Focused fate grind parties in Eastern La Noscea since zoning is a risk and the EXP is better than anything else in the game 25-35 :D

Being able to run around costa del sol all day is totally worth it too

Love these guys. Been in since early access and haveing a blast even during the hours of trying to log in. Everyone is friendly and helpful

This is a great guild. There's a good sense of community, mumble's always full, and there are always lots of runs to join.
