Sub fee and Veteran rewards question.

My wife and I want those veteran rewards so we are planing to set up our subs on the 27th. I am assuming because the mogstation will be live on the 27th we will be able to set up account and get our rewards that day. Am I wrong in thinking we will be able to do this or are we going to have to wait till the end of our free 30 days?

My other concern is if we do set up our accounts on the first day will our free time and sub time start on the same day? For example we plan to sign up for the 180 day sub, will we be charged again 180's from the 27th or 210 days later (180+free 30)?

Veteran Rewards are granted based on the number of days subscribed rather than time played. For example, a player who subscribes for 90 days is eligible to receive the 30, 60, and 90 day Veteran Rewards all on their first day.

hrmm well i cant confirm, but its a free 30 days, i cant see them essentially taking that away.

im pretty sure they will want your credit card details on the 27th of august, most game companies want you to put in your CC details right away, even if they dont bill you straight away.

So does that mean that no one will get the veteran rewards for a month (until the free 30 days are up)?

got to be 210 days later if not I can wait till my 30 days up to sign up

Thank you I didn't notice the "on their first day" thing

And thank you to everyone else for responding, I would think that the time would be added together and be 210 days but I am just assuming that without any conformation so I guess I'll find out in 5 days lol.

It's 210 re-bill. And you should receive your rewards pretty quick.

You'll receive the rewards immediately after you purchase the relevant subscription fee.
If you're a new, you'll still get the 30-days for free. I guess you'll be re-billed after the 210 are up.

I was thinking more along the lines that after the 30day free period that they start charging the monthly fee based of the one chosen I think its 12.99 a month for the 180 day script. So you would start paying your monthly fees after the free 30 day period ends.
Actually I think its more like 12.99 every 30 days. Which is almost the same thing. Then the 90'ers will pay 13.99, and 60'ers 14.99, etc. I might be a little off, but I think that is how it will work.

Judging from the delay with the pre-order code registration, I am not confident that Mog station will be live for next Tuesday. In the Lodestone I saw a post about the 14 day period that was unclear if it just applied to 1.0s or everyone. Anyway, it said billing starts Sept 10th so I expect Mog Station will go live between now and then.

1.0 owners get 14 days (September 9th) free. 1.0 Owners who buy 2.0 get until October 9th Free (30 Days for 2.0 owners). I believe it will charge you on October 10th and then again 180 days later.
