FFXIV Lightning Event

So, we got Snow's Axe, Serah's Bow, Lightnings Gunblade, Hopes boomerang book thing, Vanilles wand whip thing, Fang's Lance, Moogles Staff

But its driving me NUTS whose are the fist weapons??

I wonder where the FATE will be...

Yoshida said that since there were no fist weapons in FXIII (besides Snow's own hands) he asked the XIII weapon designer to create one.

I can't help but wonder if SE will change the fist weapons to something else when Musketeer gets released, because Sazh's guns would fit much better for them, than rebuilt as fist weapons for the Pugilist.

will we be able to do this fate at the release or will they add it in a patch in a few weeks/months?

I believe its happening will coincide with the game's (FFXIII's Lightning Returns) release. I haven't heard reliable information though, just my own thought.

coulda been snows jackets :p or just gloves but there we are.

I'm CRAZY looking forward to this event! Regardless of popular opinion, I love the world and characters of XIII and XIII-2. As long as it's possible, I'm hoping to collect all those weapons.

Even though I hate FFXIII I want Serah's bow, so lovely.

I'm more concerned with Lightning's hairstyle.
Based on the picture they gave only Lalafell had the style.

Yeah, Snow has an axe in FFXIII Lightning returns made out of Serah's crystals

Really looking forward to this fate to see what creature from the FFXIII world we will have to fight along side lighting and get some nice vanity weapons

Prolly wont use any of them unless I can equip Snow's coat on my FemRoeg!

It will be an one-time event. The weapons would not be obtainable anymore when Musketeer come ingame (if the class don't come at launch)

The pugilist's weapon should be like snow fists from Snow.

Like a fist covered with snow. I honestly like that idea better than an Axe.

I can't deny I'm looking forward to both that axe and to having weird chainsaw-blade fists.

Those fist weapons look ridiculous... I want em.

even though I'm not a huge fan of the fist weapons I still want every weapon there.

I Hope we get a change to get Noel's sword in the future, I really like it. Speaking of this event, I wonder when this event will be released, I think it'll be this winter when there is a lot of Snow, to make it better, we should accompany it with some Vanille ice cream. I'm Serah for all the bad puns, it's just that I'm so bored, be-Caius of the weather over here, there's a huge storm and I see a lot of Lightning.

Oh Noel! I couldn't find a way to use Fang in my puns, I guess I'm really bad at making puns, that makes me oh so Sazh. Damn, trying to come up with puns is so mind-Moggling, ow well. As you can L'cie, I'm having a lot of fun with this, and I Hope you had fun too. But if you didn't I wouldn't recommend shooting me, because I'm pretty sure I can Dajh the bullet. The only way you can stop me is if you're a vampire and you bite me with your Fangs

Would be great to meet the characters from XIII in a FATE and get their weapons when you kill them.

I'd love to beat up on that cast, especially Hope.

On another note, they should bring back the Shantotto event. No point in bringing Lightning back since her outfit is now in the cash shop...I would happily take the Blinded By Light orchestrion if they were to put it in a rerun of this event.

Five years later and I still wish they'd make the costumes and hairstyles from this event unisex...
