Hey what level or whatever do you have to be to make a thread?

Everything to do with FFXIV has congestion, and they always wait till it happens before they bother to remedy it. Game and test forums exactly same couldn't take the load because they didn't plan for it. "Prevention is better than cure"

Indeed. I like the bright colors more. It's better for the eyes, especially if you are reading lots of text. :)
Hopefully everything will speed up a bit when the game is released xD
