Who are we?

Mercs is a NA Free Company located on the Hyperion server who is a close-knit family that has been playing together since 1.0 Launch. We have been dedicated to clearing the hardest content in the game, with a friendly fun atmosphere. Due to the increase in size for the end-game content we have decided to open our family to exceptional applicants.

Another interesting thing to note is Mercs will be focusing a lot on the social aspect of MMOs and how the Free Company shares strategies with the community regarding end game content.

We had originally had Paladin and Warrior set to Medium recruitment status but it is now Low

We also had White Mage/ Scholar set to High and it is likewise now Low

Players applying to Mercs FC should remember that we're about quality, not quantity. So just because the need for these 4 Jobs has been lowered, does not mean that you won't be accepted into Mercs if you apply and one of those Jobs is your main.

We require players to determine 3 DoW/DoM Jobs/Classes they most enjoy playing, that way if you're unable to play your favorite job/class, you have two enjoyable back up jobs/classes to participate with. So, again, just because the need for these respective jobs has been lowered, it should not deter anyone who plays them from applying.

MercsFC will also be providing a different way to display their event battles with the community through twitch. We plan on providing multi-character and job view point perspectives in real time then cut together in one video on our Mercs youtube channel at a later date.
