Issue ordering CE.

On the NA site, I enter my billing info, address, etc, then click buy (from the shopping cart), and the page just refreshes. Nothing happens. It doesn't state there's an error, no red text, nothing. Just a constant refresh no matter how many times I click or change information. I've tried in 3 different browsers. Anyone else having an issue like that?

not sure maybe just a issue with to many people doing it atm.

No I finally got it to go past that page, I had to use an old version of IE - it was an issue with the shipping method. Now I'm on the final page, and when I go to click submit, it won't accept it because the shipping method goes back to "select one" instead of the initial value I selected. The problem is, there's nothing to select in that drop down box. This is becoming quite the pain.

Have you tried it on another browser? I can't say much about IE, what you can do is use the newer version of IE but make sure you put the website into the compatible mode list. I know with Firefox it has absolutely no issues going through the purchasing process.

Hello, I just wanted to suggest disabling any ad blocking software that you might be using, also make sure you have javascript enabled, and check your no-script settings if you're using that also.

I'm on Firefox 21 Linux verson and the ordering page is working fine.

For you guys that have gotten it to work, are you trying to ship to the US by chance? I can't get the US option to give me a shipping cost. That's the issue I have. On the very first page where you calculate shipping costs, it gives me 4 options for shipping to the US. That works perfectly, but when I get to the final confirmation page, the shipping drop down is empty with no options in it, and it won't allow me to complete the purchase without a shipping confirmation.

I've tried on IE, Chrome and Firefox. I've disabled no-script for Firefox, Java is enabled. I just flat out can't get a shipping option to appear on the final page.

That's the final confirmation page, this is after I have already selected United States and USPS as the shipping method. It goes through, then on the final page, that information is gone, and there are no options in the drop down menu, therefore, I cannot order the CE.

@Rokuthy, that's weird when I placed my order I did indeed ship it to the US without problems. The only thing I can think of is if it's blocking cookies from the site otherwise I got nothing sorry.

I use nothing but Chrome. My internet security is Avast. I didn't have any issues. Ordered directly from SE store linked through Lodestone.

I had a friend try to order it for me and have it shipped to my address, and he had the same issue. Then he tried ordering it for himself and also had the same issue. So we had yet another friend try to order himself a copy, and had the exact same issue. None of us can get to the final order screen because it won't save a shipping method. I don't understand how you guys are doing it.

Three of us in different locations are all having the same issue. They both tried firefox/chrome, I tried firefox/chrome/IE, and then even tried from my Iphone.

My issue on the last step is black screen with Payment Authorization Failed hidden in the middle. Kinda have no support from SE on this.... I think they are using third party company to deal with this.

It worked fine for me. Since it seems to be tripping up on the shipping options, I would think it's something to do with your locations, but you say you're shipping to the US, so I'm not sure. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll get an official answer here, since it looks like it's all handled by a reseller on SE's site. But if you just want confirmation it worked for others, then, yes, it worked for me.

Why SE wouldn't let people order the physical PC edition from other sites I'll never know. I had to help a few friends order it as well because they couldn't get past certain parts (selecting shipping methods or authorization failed.)

For me shopping Amazon.com is a lot less of a hassle:
