Female Monk

So, a friend sent me this wallpaper but it just occurred to me that I don't remember this character at all. Any lore buffs care to clue me in on her identity? Thanks ^^

They're just random artworks of the jobs =b

Saying that, the Lala WHM and Midlander WAR may look the same as the recurring characters we see in trailers, but MNK and DRG never made it into those videos, so I'll just assume the MNK here is no-one in particular =)

They haven't excluded it, it just hasn't come in yet. They're a part of the Text Art campaign they're doing here.

People Tweet the site referring to their current topic (now is area you want to visit most in ARR) and once enough people Tweet and it hits 100% a new background image is generated and uploaded here.

=) #2 took about 2 weeks to complete, and then they sped it up. MNK (#3) finished about 3 hours ago, and #4 is already at around 30%

Oh... That's a Female Highlander though, so that's why you won't remember them as a character.

But as the others said, its just a Female Highlander as a monk.

Also, you will notice that the WAR WHM and BRD are the ones from the 1.0 intro and End of an era cutscenes.
Roegadyn PLD and female elezen blm missing (looks like she changed jobs possibly), as well as hyur summoner and... the 9th one.

yea I don't think Ferne meant to lie to us I think lore wise it is suppose to be the female elezen, but someone messed up in the making cause it's totally the male elezen in the blm af. lol

I posted a comparsion like forever ago back when Ferne first gave us that back story, and you can see it even more now with the New Beginning added onto end of a era.

Elezen are feminine, no doubt about it. but i actually did a side by side showing the noted female similarities, such as how her upper lip forms a cupid's bow, while the male's does not.

Ferne has some 'splaining to do... This is clearly the male Elezen from the leve party, not the female Elezen from the Echo flashback.
