Temporary Transforming items; would you like to see them?

Remember back in FFXI when you were given a Mandragora/Rabbit/Worm belt and you'd spend countless hours running around a zone (Or just squirming in place if you were the worm)?

Or in later years when you were given the ability to turn into a baby chocobo?

I do! And I loved every minute of those transformations! I really hope to see these in the future, for maybe Halloween events, or certain quests.

It's all appearance, and I know the game's not released yet, so I don't expect to see this for a while if it even comes, but I would like to see it.

If we were to get it, what would you like to be turned into?

Personally, I loved being a teen chocobo...imagine being that with the baby choco minion? XD <3

First time one of these XI feature threads has made me nostalgic. I remember slowly making my way through Upper Jeuno as a worm. Good times. I'd personally want an item that turns everyone in the city into Snurbles.

I can see this being a thing again, especially as holiday awards.

First halloween i was hoping for a item to turn me into sometime ; ;i was said when we never got to see that in 1.0

Definitely do want. Seeing as I'm usually around Ul'dah dressed up as a Reindeer, I think this should be a thing.
And if not items that transform you, then at least monster-themed dress up items or otherwise. Something Rare/ex perhaps.

Wow those items were so great to pass the time waiting for party members to show up. It helped lighten the mood when someone was running 30 minutes late - I'm sure everyone knows what I mean >.<

I like temp-transform items, or alternatively they could give us a costume shop that's in some way tied to. . . . ahem, "bestiary" or whatever >.>;;; where more costumes become available as we fill up info for particular monsters.

I could see these sorts of items being given out for seasonal events, and being a lot of fun.

Yes! I have fun with theses all the time in WoW, they can prove nice for roleplaying and goofing off too. (Love my Rituals of the New Moon)
