We want to "SIT" at THE Coffer & Coffin

What good is a bar if you cant SIT @ the bar.

I always wanted to sit in Carline's Canopy. Just one of those weird immersion-breaking things. Though I would also concede that given a choice between sitting at a chair and more of most any other content, I would probably prefer more of most any other content.

Oh no, here we go again.

Being able to sit would be nice. We can sit on benches and such so why not :o

I approve this thread ^.^ sitting at the bar with a few beers to down the try to leave while screen gets all hazy...yeah I down for that lol

We sit in 1.0 Miners Guild tavern, why cant we sit here?

Wherever there's anything even remotely resembling a stool, chair or a bench my rear should be able to find its place on it comfortably. It's getting soggy from all the sitting on the grass. . . .

I would love it if we could! I remember seeing so many empty seats in 1.0; I wish we could make use of those kinds of objects. ^^

For the heck of it, we should also have the option to dance on tables while drunk and throwing empty mugs across the room in a fit of drunken rage which incites a massive bar brawl. Then the screen goes black and after a few minutes or so, we wake up with a subligar on in the middle of nowhere with a goat staring at us and a Moogle that is singing "Never gonna let you go" for the 35th time in a row to a crowd of Marmots. Then in that same area there is a Roe that has caught on fire because he wanted to play jump the bonfire in which the flames are 20 ft high.


... Oh wait that was a Tuesday, o_o;

I'd love to be able to sit on the bar stools, chairs, counters, window sills ect

You guys weren't paying attention while inside the Coffer and Coffin did you? There's no place to sit. All the tables were taken up. Don't get me wrong, the brew at the Coffer and Coffin is fantastic, and the Meat Miq'abobs are perfectly cooked, IF you can get in.

In short, no table, no service.

Ah but there are other places like the Miner's Guild and Carline Canopy and even the balcony area above the Adders nest that you can not sit on atm ^_^

I want to sit in more places than The Coffer & Coffin. Give us more benches, please!

Yeah, we can sit on benches. I always wanted to sit on the chairs and at the tables, even before them implemented sitting on benches.

I always figured the Coffer & Coffin was more of a brief rest stop where you chugged whatever beverage you had quickly, asked the bartender for some quest info, then walked out within about 10 minutes game time. Not much sitting if you're just dropping by to say hello.

Actually if you sit ontop of a gargoyle... you become BATMAN!

... and if you sit ontop of a random post you look like an assassin.

So it becomes the best emote in those circumstances because other races look like they're floating. :P

We are still working on where you will be able to sit down and relax in A Realm Reborn. But don't worry, it will be possible to sit in the chairs in The Coffer and Coffin. :)

Yes, I second this notion.

I always wanted this! Always! At tables too! In the Adventurer's Guild and Bars and Inns! Kick some of the NPCs and let us get in there for a change!

We can sit on benches...why not chairs? It could be a form of "resting."
