Confused about the time for the live letter to start. (youtube /= lodestone)

Here's the notice on lodestone about the time and date for the live letter to start.

Yet the countdown on the youtube link seems to be an hour early.

And indicates that the live letter will start at 2:00AM (PST)/ 10:00AM (GMT)

Can a dev please toss some light into this. I kinda want to know if I'll be able to see the live letter or not. Because if it starts an hour earlier, I'll miss it. Not a big deal considering I can see it later but seeing the thing live is always more enjoyable.

Nope I just checked, Its showing a start time for 3am. Its 4pm PST were I am at right now and with the timer it is set to start on time.

Then I have no clue what's going on because it shows to me that it starts one hour earlier.

The live event starts at 3am (PST), but I believe we start the stream a bit early with just the splash page of info on it, and perhaps some tech rehearsals during that time. So have no fear, 3am (PST) is the correct start time.

Is there an Estimated Length on this live letter?

Prob around an hr and 30-45min like last letter.
