A FFXIV Comic: "Happier Times: A 1.0 Tale"

Since about November, I’ve been working on a comic series set in Eorzea. I spent about a week writing it, then the next three months inking and coloring. I wanted to focus on telling a story that would be accessible not only to fans of the game, but also to people that had never heard of the game.

The last 2 pages after the “End” serve as “Bonus Content” for people that actually did play the game, tying it in with ARR.

Due to the 20 image limit in posts (there's 29 in here) I'm going to be splitting it up into two halves.

You have all the races but Lalafells. >:\ Ill give you a thumb up for the effort in making the comic, but a thumb down for the lack of Lalafells.

The mouths and eyes are weird, but overall you put a great deal of effort into this, good job!

The art style is very nice,kinda reminds me of Chrono Trigger to be honest. Keep it up! :)

Yeah... I spent a lot of time deliberating over the title. Everything sounded too pretentious, so I just went with the LEAST so. Love your comic too. Great stuff!

Yeah, I posted the first 26 pages on Reddit about a week and a half ago. I was going to post them here, but I was already halfway through making the two bonus pages I just decided to wait. Thanks for reading it!

This is done completely start to finish in photoshop, using a Wacom Cintiq 21UX.
