I have NOT received my BETA Invite yet! !

I am far more entitled than absolutely everyone else in the entire Multiverse!!! <insert something about buying the 1.0 Collector's edition here/Owning a relic/played for four days then quit/has a cat that got an invite>

That is it... now i'm going to make a new thread everyday, detailing just how unjustified this is.

Got mine as well! As soon as I saw the new email notice popup with 'FFXIV Beta Test Operations Department', my heart missed a beat. :D I'm now all registered and just waiting for the client download to become available in the next few days.

I'm glad the old Alpha Test forum is also available archived in the Beta forums too. :D

In regards to confidentiality in the beta tester agreement

I'm pretty sure it was already stated by Yoshi-P himself that just stating you're in the Beta test isn't specifically a NDA violation - just if you're actually revealing specific information from the test or anything related to it.

After all, just saying your a Legacy member would therefore technically be a NDA violation as well, as all Legacy members are in the test naturally.

Well anybody that said to be legacy is known to be in beta, so I guess that NDA part will mostly apply for those in beta but not legacy.

Unless saying that you are legacy is NDA since they said legacy would be testers...?

That's odd. I managed to login to the Beta forum no problem - although I noticed it threw up an initial error notice in Japanese, but by clicking on the forum link at the top of the page allowed access as normal once I logged in again. I guess it must be a glitch.

I guess that means, that the supposedly 95% of the community, that are Legacy, will disappear to beta forum now? :)

Hehe I guess. ;) At least there we won't have to worry about accidentally violating the NDA. :D

hmm, yeah i dunno. i get a big "You could not log in because that service account has been cancelled." error each time i try. clicking anything else just takes me back to the login screen, logging in again leads me back to the error message.

Good to see you Sir Olea, also to people there are two steps 1 is code reg second is to login to the forums you might have to re click login at top corner of the page to jump to the forums right now!

Remember you need to reg your code first before you can even go into forums,

You got to be kidding, man...

By the looks of it everyone who has legacy has been registered... It shall be quiet in the this forum for the next few days. At the very least I won't get distracted by all this again.

Oddly, the codes aren't unique per account, I have two accounts and both got the same code.

Lol, people knew we were legacy well before 1.0 ended XD. We broke the NDA before it even began! :O
